  1. Past hour
  2. Not too confident. would’ve liked to see big Thor start today but there must be an injury there.
  3. Would have had Priestman in for SOD or Sparrow. Wonder if we going to play 3 at the back?! Better hope Tawanda doesn’t get a knock! Only striker we have!
  4. 5 academy players on the bench today hopefully we are winning comfortably and see a few of them assuming Bjorgolfsson is injured
  5. No Bjorgolfsson today! Sparrow Longelo in. Not the strongest bench we have had this season.
  6. Today
  7. Longelo was only a 1 game ban for the red as it was a profesional foul not reckless/endangering an opponent. Hopefully team Today is: Ward SOD McGinn Welsh Longelo Watt Fadinger Said Just Maswanhise Bjorgolfsson They've pressed us really well each time we've played them so having Bjorgolfsson upfront gives us an option to by pass is
  8. No, he appears to be available. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/articles/c070d7v7nj7o
  9. Is Longelo suspended for this game
  10. Yesterday
  11. Good piece of business. A good full back at our level and probably still room to develop. Hopefully the sign of things to come.
  12. I don't know why everyone dislikes Wimmer so much.
  13. Our previous manager was just a clown , end of.
  14. Great news, a great asset at RB & LB - Love his statement “I’ve got a big smile on my face,” Koutroumbis added. “I’m so happy to stay at this club at a time when it’s going in an exciting direction. Everything is in such a good place, and there is a lot of potential for us going forward.“
  15. Good news on Johnny K. Hope there is more to follow as we get towards the end of the season, and not too much waiting around for offer acceptances.
  16. Brilliant he has decided to stay. Our previous manager was a clown to freeze him out. Johnny's been missed of late. He is defensively our best right back. He reads the game well and theres scope for improvement going forward.
  17. Is that a sign that JBA might be staying? I’m hoping he is waiting to cement a place in Europe amd then commit to Another season
  18. Fantastic news really like Johnny think he has been really good for us getting forward and been pretty consistent aswell.
  19. Agree - he’s proven to be a very decent player - we’ve certainly missed him in the last month or so
  20. Johnny Koutroumbis has signed a new 2 year deal. A good bit of business.
  21. Johnny Koutroumbis signs a 2 year extension. https://www.motherwellfc.co.uk/2026/04/03/contract-extension-for-johnny-koutroumbis/
  22. Maybe we’ll see a rejuvenated JT grab a few goals.
  23. It's difficult to predict how they will react, especially if Falkirk are instructed to by Mr McGlynn to make the most of our tackles. The authorities are just as likely to regard J-B's pre-match comments about consistency as a bit uppity coming from a diddy team like wot we are and really rub our noses in it. On top of that we have the likely VAR intervention to spoil the game further and increase our frustration. I noticed our manager referred to Said's disallowed goal in the last home game against Falkirk again and wondered if it was wise in the circumstances.
  24. Falkirk have done very well this season so it would be churlish of me to suggest otherwise, but yes you're right, they have enjoyed a fair measure of good luck not just against us but against many other sides. Many 50/50s have gone in their favour, so for that reason alone they can't be underestimated. The match officials will be under special scrutiny given recent events.
