The window in England shuts at 19:00. I read that this year we're also closing at the same time. From an article in the Scotsman: "The Scottish Premiership transfer window will officially close on Monday 1 September, at the earlier time of 7pm. I’d take him back as a permanent move to see if we can improve him and sell him on in 2 years but a loan deal would be pointless unless Rangers are willing to give us some cash for our work.
