Have we? Or have we just been like most teams in our league and won/lost our fair share? Next time we lose a game on telly or in front of a big crowd I expect the "we never win in front of a big crowd" trope to be rolled out despite the number of victories we had last season. It's human nature. Just the same as it's human nature to forget the many times we didn't let teams break/make records, because those many times are unremarkable and very forgettable.

The issue then is if we do move to a football campus as suggested in the other post then can and do we have the finances for a new stadia and a trading ground together. this makes me think that we should develop a phase 2/3 level of training ground now to improve players youth team and attract new players with the level and sophistication of the facilities and not build a new stadium. Not ideal and I see the merit in the football campus but don’t want to use the financial windfall just to go bust two years down the line. on a side note that bodo glint stadium looks the dogs…. love the idea of fives pitches padel etc around it with sustainable features. I think it might come down to how much rotation we see from AJ. Too many and I fear we’ll see another Stenny type performance which will likely result in defeat. Away win We have strengthened at GK,CB,DM and have replenished at CF and brought in a Swedish hot prospect to replace Just. St Mirren havent won 3 in a row at start of season since the 1930s. For all they are trying to play nice football, we are a year down the line and IMO will dismantle them.

Think we will do any further business? With Kanga down as a forward and the imminent return of Thor and stama as well as sebwhere would you look to add a player to? Looking at the reel I think kanga will play more in the attacking centre mid role providing flexibility with Lowry in the middle. Leaving Said, TM Cook- ster and Vogt for the wings whyte priestman and fad8nger as well as hodge for midfield. Longelo and Williams M Kl and GR as centre backs then Johnny Sod and sparrow as right back. Issue for me then seems to be if anyone does come in it won’t be for cover it will be as better quality than what we have. with the fee involved for kanga I don’t think we will be opening the coffers again so maybe a loan
