Dont know wether big seb is injured, tawanda not exactly set the heather alight so far, cant sell him if hes on the bench, heres hoping he gets a hattrick.
-
Our ex manager Robinson’s mob beaten by Del’s Rangers with an exquisite penalty from Lawrence Shankland. The funniest thing about the whole game was Aberdeen having a late equaliser correctly ruled out by VAR for a two handed shove by Nisbet and their whinging, odious fans screaming blue murder about it.
-
Thats a flair assesment.
-
Im bothered about winning,it becomes a habit, hopefully the players are bothered and the fans that pay 30 quid admission are bothrered, cant stand defeatest attitudes, its not freiburg were playing.
-
Big Jake GR injured? Bench getting stronger and hopefully we will see Kanga. Get intae them
-
We're unbeaten in the league with a 50% win rate, which is fine by me at this stage. I'm not even that bothered how we get on today, as we'll inevitably be a bit knackered and will have had about 5 minutes to work on any specific tactics for today's game.
-
A win today would be so important and hopefully with plenty flair on the pitch and no flares off it. COYW

Have we? Or have we just been like most teams in our league and won/lost our fair share? Next time we lose a game on telly or in front of a big crowd I expect the "we never win in front of a big crowd" trope to be rolled out despite the number of victories we had last season. It's human nature. Just the same as it's human nature to forget the many times we didn't let teams break/make records, because those many times are unremarkable and very forgettable.

I understand he’s wanting an ex Killie player signed if he gets control of the club paulwrighteeeeeee-then (stolen from another forum sic)

Facebook is famous for its factual accuracy and well researched posts, so I have no doubt it must be true,

Joe hodge quoted as saying we must start winning, quite right 2 defeats to freiburg,1 to stenny, draw with falkirk, lets get 3 points.

Think we score late 1-0 well! Can see a lot of rotation for this one. Will be a confident St Mirren side against a Motherwell side with a European hangover. They will have the majority of the play but Maswanhise will score.

This all makes sense. If we take bodo as the model improving the team allows more money generated. The issue then is if we do move to a football campus as suggested in the other post then can and do we have the finances for a new stadia and a trading ground together. this makes me think that we should develop a phase 2/3 level of training ground now to improve players youth team and attract new players with the level and sophistication of the facilities and not build a new stadium. Not ideal and I see the merit in the football campus but don’t want to use the financial windfall just to go bust two years down the line. on a side note that bodo glint stadium looks the dogs…. love the idea of fives pitches padel etc around it with sustainable features. Anyone with a 100 mill spare?

He’s done very well for himself, fair play to him. He was excellent last season and earned his big move and I’ve no doubt it’s life changing money. Nice to hear his kid is still wandering about in a Well top.

I've got a bridge to sell you.

2-1 home win. Don’t fancy us atall today.

Just read on a Facebook page that the actor Jim Carey is rumoured to be interested in buying a stake in Motherwell. Both parties declined to comment, and I sincerely hope this is an end to it. We don`t need that kind of circus!!

I dont see us doing any more business unless there are outgoings. The squad is pretty full and with the injuries starting to clear up we look in a fairly healthy place. All depends on what Alfreds view is on Stama & Eythor. Id expect he would want to give both a chance before shipping them out in January maybe? Obviously if JT goes that might free up a spot for another attacker to come in. My biggest hope is that we get through the window with Fadinger and Longelo still at the club.

Yes, that was a pleasant surprise, especially given his family's Rangers background and the fact he is at a much bigger club in Turkey. A good interview but i would have liked a bit more on Askou and his methods, especially since EW thought so highly of him.
-
St Mirren's new striker is, surprise surprise, 6-3.
-
I think it might come down to how much rotation we see from AJ. Too many and I fear we’ll see another Stenny type performance which will likely result in defeat. Go full strength and I think we’ll have too much for them. Suspect it’ll be somewhere in between, particularly given we have another game on Wednesday night! Without Preistman I hope Faddy is fit enough for another 90 mins, I think he’s the key man.

Where is the loss prediction, please don't jinx us!
-
Looks like the new away kit will be making its debut today.
-
In seasons past we’ve been more that helpful with letting team break/make records - hopefully that’s in the past.
