So just to be clear, you complained that the ticket prices were blatant profiteering so they offered to make good by giving you free food, free drink, free tickets and a free match ball? But you turned that down because, rather than take advantage of hospitality with some of your fellow 'Well fans (and there are always a fair number of away fans in every hospitality suite) AND the free tickets, you instead chose to support their profiteering by paying the full price you complained about? The players and performances did improve under Hammell. You only need to look at the performances and points in the first part of the season. Efford is a prime example of that. We have just had a tough run of games which we had to play with a lot of our forward players unavailable through injury and suspension. That has disrupted our play and heaped more pressure on the defence. We need everyone back and some extra cover in January.

Nah, we’ve got enough former players on the books just now that aren’t making any impact without adding another. I know the club like this ‘recruitment policy’ of looking backwards and re-signing ex players but we really should look ahead, not backwards. Plus I never rated Erwin one bit to be honest.
