Sorry but Moult is a wage that could have been spent of a fit player we will get 90 mins out of week in week out. Nothing is certain in football but looking to get him back was utterly madness considering his injury record same went for Aaron's. But this mess of a season lays firmly with the board for the utter mess throwing in a rookie manager they knew wouldn't turn the job down after two weeks of interviews, beyond embarrassing transfer window and not getting an experienced number two in to help Hammel out. When I am sitting thinking man I wish Grimmy was still here running about the pitch not doing much but just running about that's how bad we are. If medals was to be handed out right now for lack of fight and Football basics we get 1st,2nd and 3rd. Only saving grace two home games when they come back winnable games roll on St Mirren and Killie!COYW.3 points

Some amount of utter shite posted on here tonight. You would be forgiven for thinking we had been pumped 3-0 and were bottom of the league. Admittedly I only saw the second half, but we were level at the break and from what I saw we looked to me the team in the ascendency and more likely to get the winner. I dont recall Kelly having hellish much to do. Those wetting their knickers about Moult being a waste of a wage, crocked, done? What are you watching? He was still chasing balls down well into the second half, and if there had been any of our players on the same wavelength as him when he beat 2 Saints players and drove into the box to cross, we might have won the game. Give me that level of desire and effort over KVVs petulance any day. Ive no idea whether Moult will get fit, stay fit, score goals going forward, but those writing him off at this stage should hang their heads in shame. We are not in a great place at the break, but neither are we up shit creek without a paddle. We now have 4 weeks to get our injured players fit, identify some fresh talent to bring in during the window and to rethink and reset for the second half of the season. We have a couple of very winnable fixtures after the break. If we can hit the ground running we will be right back in the mix.2 points

If you were to isolate Moult's involvements today you are easily talking a combined 15 occasions of fouling or losing possesion. It was a decent display overall other than our cutting edge around their box which was poor as usual. Even if it has been frustrating watching us this season I'd still take Hammell's football over the spoiling tactics Callum Davidson coaches into his players.2 points

Moult will be fine when he gets enough minutes under his belt. Flashes of his old self were there for all to see today. Chat of him being done are from the people who thought Higdon was obese or think we will be relegated every single season.2 points

We have absolutely nothing in the final third. Moult is a bust, McKinstry has no end product and Spittal has zero pace. Slattery is having another nightmare as well. If the video analyst wants something to do over the World Cup they can make a compilation of our last 50 long throws and see if Hammell can figure out a pattern.2 points

Chat of players not trying, not giving a shit etc is just bollocks. How can you tell that looking from the stands? If a player plays badly it doesn’t automatically mean he doesn’t care.1 point

There’s no doubt Hammell doesn’t have much to work with however his insistence on playing 433 and being outnumbered in midfield with players who can’t run, tackle or pass the ball is causing us all sorts of problems. I also still can’t work out how our old academy director who spoke so passionately about his academy doesn’t have any talent coming through apart from 2006 boys. Where are the players from the 17-21 year old age groups he was in charge of? What was he doing whilst in that post ? And why was that not challenged by our jobs for the boys board during the interview process. We need a massive turnaround and a spot of luck in the transfer window but I fear we have no money for much. Hammell has talked a good game and had us playing well for 3 or 4 weeks but the football has been shit for a longer period and more worrying for me we are a team devoid of leaders, men and players willing to put their head above the parapet for our club . Plenty suggesting moult is done , only time will tell but give me a moult attitude and desire any day of the week over the likes of mugabi , spittal , Morris , KVV, shields , Slatterly who couldn’t really give a shit if we win lose or draw - that’s evident in their efforts on the pitch or lack of it.1 point

With that one line. It kinda shows why the rest of your post is all things considered utter shite.1 point

We needed that Moult 2 months ago and needed him every week since then sadly If we had a game this Tuesday/Wednesday would he be able to play another 90mins?Bet my house on no.1 point

completely agree about the different players. Was more thinking it took P'OD a good few months to get back and up to speed. It was really in his 2nd season back when we got the best from him. Moult pre us only played c15 games for last 3 seasons. He'll need time to get back to speed. Never guaranteed that he will but the guy needs a lot more game time before he'll be back up to speed.1 point

Sorry to criticise again , but that is total utter shite. If you can’t see how good his touch movement and vision is , well what can I say. First full game back I think . He covered every blade on the park . That’s how he’s fuked . How many games til he’s match fit at least a couple.1 point

Board won a watch getting away with putting an acadamy coach in charge of the first team and signing someone that has barely had his boots on in the past 4 years , the clapping seals just love to be thrown a Claret and Amber fish1 point

He’s not far off it. This is what I mean about his Faddy-esq cult status with the support giving him far more time than he would otherwise have got if he were anyone else. Had we signed Leigh Griffiths, for example, and he had contributed what Moult has so far in two months then he would be getting slaughtered.1 point

If you watch the replay of the goal, Spittal must take about 50secs to get back in to a position to help out O’Donnell then sticks out a leg in a half hearted manner. We badly need a midfielder with a bit of defensive know how1 point

5 mins in and they crash into each other in the St Johnstone box and we have to do a double sub. Let’s hope not1 point

Watching st mirren game and ohara captain for them. He's looked gd in every game I've seen him for them and imo was a mistake letting him go. Better than everyone of our midfield.1 point

Should maybe ask Moult if he has any midfield convalescent pals that we could take on now and pay for a few months in the hope that we might get a tune out of them in time for the relegation play off What's Craig Tanner up to ?0 points
