  1. The only thing is if you were doing a Hammell/Kettlewell 'who was the better' comparison, based on his service to the club I think Stevie Nicks it ...

  2. Was driving earlier and heard to bbc team talking after the game about Clarke and all of them said we should stick with him - ffs 4 wins in 21 games! Sack him now!

  3. Yes, Some dross on display and I’m hoping Miller gets some time but we have McTomminay, McGinn, Gilmour, Ferguson, in where we would expect to see Miller. All good players this past season for their clubs. Perhaps Clarke has something to do with their level of performance in a Scotland team???

  4. And who appointed you gatekeeper? It’s the close season, of course people are going to post things other than football matters. If you don’t like it, don’t read it or engage with it.

  5. The ugly sisters have been the graveyard for developing home grown Scottish players over the years, how many have been labelled as the "next big player with a great future in the game". 2 or 3 years down the line their contracts are up and they dissappear off the face of the Earth having achieved nothing other than a healthy bank balance for a couple of years.

  6. Lennon was correct, he is the best player in the team and it took less than the 6 months he originally suggested. i thought he did very well being flung into that sh1tshow. Well done young man….. and get it up you carver.

  11. Exactly, it wouldn’t simply been a case of Wimmer completely out of the blue on the 23rd May saying “right folks that’s me off it was nice knowing you”. That had clearly been in motion for a period of time before that otherwise he wouldn’t have walked straight into another job. I sincerely hope you are right.

  12. I'm similar in that I'd rather it was someone unknown to us. However, I don't think there's any logic in that other than if it's someone I know, I probably gave him dogs abuse as an opposition manager. I don't like Robbie Neilson, but that's because he was the hearts manager, I have no insight into whether he'd be a good manager for us, or if some unknown Austrian is better. It's the same with scottish players, we get more excited by a random North Macedonian over some dude from Morton. Even if the latter is the better player.
