It just goes to show how corrupt the majority of journalists are in this country.

While I am delighted with the result. This taking off all attacking options with 15 to 10mins to go, is not pretty. Its gives the other team the momentum and leaves you sitting in the Cooper watching a match at the other end of the park. I get it that it worked, but I felt at 2 up we should have kept on the front foot and really finished them off. Just my opinion.

If the referees were to apply a free kick for every "wee push", the game would be stopped every two minutes.. No, he made an error, and Motherwell should have been given the advantage.

Motherwell V Hibs - 2021/22 League Grand Kick Off
yosemite sam replied to StirlingDosser's topic in Club Chat
We've got a song for Amaluzer if he plays. The Beatles " I'm a Loser". -
Where did the third one come from?
-
The boy from Leicester could well be a good signing, but we still need someone in the midfield who can play a pass, and has some vision or we could end up with the hump ball football we were "entertained " with last season.
-
At least the guy can score with both feet.
-
Shame about the new guy's name. You'd think when he changed it, he could have thought of something better than "I'm a loser". Just saying!
-
I guess that's what he negotiated when he was out injured then. Seems fair and probably why MFC kept everything quit. We get his euro money and he gets the contract extension lifted to let him sign for someone else.
-
We need a playmaker in midfield, somebody, dare I say it like DT, or we will suffer long ball football next season again.
-
Friend I'll say what I like, and nothing you say will change that. You have no idea where I have lived in the past, so making a stupid statement like that, knowing nothing of my circumstances is pretty sad.

The racist bit is used at every opportunity, because they know people will react to it.

Cammy Murray's brother.

See Gallagher has signed a Pre-Contract with Aberdeen. Hopefully he hasn't got a clause in it after 25 games, or he'll end up being injured again.
-
He certainly did!
-
My take on it, is we have never had a leader on the park. Declan Gallagher to me, was never Captain material, and I think we have suffered because of it. Hartley might have been slow and at the end of his career, but to me he could motivate the players around him., and that's one thing we need.

It might actually help Scottish football. We would hopefully have a league where the majority of teams had an opportunity to win the league, rather than the stale situation we have at present, where every other team is fighting for third place. If your team was in the mix to win the league, it could actually generate bigger crowds at more games, because of the competitive nature of the league. So bye bye R & C.

Im in the don't give a toss about Gallagher leaving, because he came up with this "injury" at a very fortuitous time, that has allowed him to move on at the end of the season. If it had been any other way, good luck to him, I would have wished him all the best, but there was too much of what wasn't said about his position.

Think about the sequence of events here. Declan Gallagher has not been injured since joining MFC. Paper releases info about a supposed clause in his contract that will mean he would have to sign an extension to his contract after 25 games. 24 games into his career at MFC, Declan Gallagher is injured for the first time in his MFC career, meaning he won't reach 25 games, and trigger supposed extension clause. How convenient, if the clause is there. Gives him or his agent time to renegotiate the removal of said contract extension, and once done, injury can be cleared up and he can start to play again. I don't want to know the ins and outs of his contract, just come out and say the paper information is incorrect, then end of story. We all move on, happily ever after.
-
Wouldn't you think, if the club knew that this was a non story, they would just have come out and said so, and this would have stopped all the speculation? The fact that they said nothing speaks volumes.
-
Whatever has happened to Harry Smith, shouldn't he be in this line up, so we can get rid of him as well?
-
Your entitled to your opinion, and if you believe that Gallagher's injury was real, good on you. But I would never normally be negative about any MFC players, but this just stinks.
-
Got to agree with wellsince75, but after Gahhagher's phantom injury to allow him time to negotiate the removal of the clause in his contract that triggered the extension, I really couldn't care less what the guy does from now on. His heart isn't in Motherwell anymore, so the sooner he goes the better.

Could it be Polworth, never been played for weeks?
