  1. That’s the likeliest scenario in this instance
  2. I thought Hastie was one of our better players yesterday
  3. We can’t complain of an unfair advantage when we have Ferguson, Donnelly and Johnson all playing. I believe these 3 are all older than anyone hearts fielded last night
  4. Livingstone was poor last night perhaps unfortunate as he was up against hearts best player in. Calum Morrison. But he’ll come up against better wingers if he features for the first team more frequently this or next season.
  5. Morrison basically ran amok for hearts down their right hand side. The young guys will play better no doubt, preventable goals trying to overplay from the back but they’ll learn. It was a young side and the younger players showed more than the ones with first team experience
  6. Im sure I heard it was meant to Livingston but the manager didn’t want to play on their pitch
  7. Good riddance to the condescending media manupulating wanker. It’s even funnier now the tims have turned on him, and are realising that he is indeed a self centred cunt after all Never trust a talking horse
  8. I listened to the radio segment too and credit to burrows in particular. He spoke at length regarding youth progression and did so very well. As the previous poster said, McCann was extremely complimentary over Turnbulls ability, the only negative was the bit he made up where he suggested the fans were on Turnbulls back earlier this season for trying to play football.
  9. Half the groundstaff used to get the G4S bus from shotts a number of years ago if that counts
  10. The posting about livingstone seems like a pile of shite to me. In my opinion the reason he’s not playing is because richard Tait is a better left back than him. From what I was told livingstone was meant to play against hibs but the manager had a late change of heart and played Tait there instead (and we haven’t looked back). Hopefully he can get loaned out and develop similar to how Hastie has while he was at Alloa
  11. Euan Murray scored for raith. Remember the outrage a number of seasons back when he wasn’t getting a game
  12. Several people within the club suggested Marvin effectively went on strike last time around, so I wouldn’t imagine he’ll be back here
  13. I should have made it clear that the crisis is in the eyes of some, not the majority, and, more importantly, not in the boards minds
  14. If you look back at my posts you will see I wanted Robinson gone after the cup debacle. However he deserves praise for the turnaround recently and the last two home performances have been really good. Im happy to be proved wrong. Sending out Jake Hastie to gain experience and exposure to regular first team football has helped jake enormously. Perhaps to the detriment to the team in the short term but hopefully to the long term benefit. keep up the good work manager but the reality is we are only 1 defeat away from a crisis
  15. Campbell and cadden weren’t well fans growing up but it’s fair to say they understand what the xlubs all about being here that long
  16. Robinson apparently tried to send Erwin back to Leeds when at Oldham, so doubt he’ll be coming back here. also he may be facing a worldwide ban for breach of contract while in Iran
  17. Sutton and hartson will find a way to blame the players
  18. McCormack isn’t fit everyone knows that and I was worried when he was replacing Ariyibi but he was very disciplined when he came on. Didn’t leave Tait exposed at all
  19. Stating the obvious but that was night and day to Saturday’s performance. The three supports to main all played well and gorrin added a bit of composure in the middle of the park that we don’t have when Turnbull isn’t playing there. Kudos to grimshaw for his second half performance too. It was also good to see some composure running down the clock in injury time with the two subs, McCormack and bigi, and several others, retaining possession effectively. I felt entertained this evening.
