  1. Several people within the club suggested Marvin effectively went on strike last time around, so I wouldn’t imagine he’ll be back here
  2. I should have made it clear that the crisis is in the eyes of some, not the majority, and, more importantly, not in the boards minds
  3. If you look back at my posts you will see I wanted Robinson gone after the cup debacle. However he deserves praise for the turnaround recently and the last two home performances have been really good. Im happy to be proved wrong. Sending out Jake Hastie to gain experience and exposure to regular first team football has helped jake enormously. Perhaps to the detriment to the team in the short term but hopefully to the long term benefit. keep up the good work manager but the reality is we are only 1 defeat away from a crisis
  4. Campbell and cadden weren’t well fans growing up but it’s fair to say they understand what the xlubs all about being here that long
  5. Robinson apparently tried to send Erwin back to Leeds when at Oldham, so doubt he’ll be coming back here. also he may be facing a worldwide ban for breach of contract while in Iran
  6. Sutton and hartson will find a way to blame the players
  7. McCormack isn’t fit everyone knows that and I was worried when he was replacing Ariyibi but he was very disciplined when he came on. Didn’t leave Tait exposed at all
  8. Stating the obvious but that was night and day to Saturday’s performance. The three supports to main all played well and gorrin added a bit of composure in the middle of the park that we don’t have when Turnbull isn’t playing there. Kudos to grimshaw for his second half performance too. It was also good to see some composure running down the clock in injury time with the two subs, McCormack and bigi, and several others, retaining possession effectively. I felt entertained this evening.
  9. The club as well as the player himself will have similar doubts. His mental challenge will be every bit as difficult as his physical one
  10. His goal and assists put everyone else to shame last season. He’s been a big miss this season no doubt
  11. I’ve heard another name from Celtic
  12. As far as I can see st mirren and Livingston both have more than one loaned from premiership clubs at any one time
  13. If miller signs I would hope it would be to play as a winger as that was his position up until recently
  14. If you are comparing then it has to be apples with apples. Sammon has played most of his life in spfl premier and English championship - not the Vauxhall conference. His record in scottish premier is better than bowmans.
  15. There weren’t many complaints when Hartley was made captain in the summer?
  16. I don’t think he’s the answer either for what it’s worth but he can’t be any worse an option than main whose spurning chances game after game.
  17. Sammon would have scored far more than 2 league goals if he was presented with the same chances main has this season
  18. Angled towards the big goals
  19. Carl mchugh was terrific at centre half. That’s where he should be playing not midfield. Gillespie excellent too. it may not be what people want to hear but I thought sammon played reasonably well second half too.
