You really are a feckin negative depressing arse...why do you bother watching the game all you ever do is slag the team off, give it a rest FFS
-
FFS 3 games in and the usual prophets of doom have us getting pumped every game, if we do then fair enough but judge each game on it merits and have some faith in the team. Try to get some positive glass half full attitudes instead of the negative pish spouted every week you might even get to like it. Siwy

FFS...ok we will ditch him and try and sign a feckin midget just in case it might happen again. Is wee Dan more to your liking,
-
I dont think it was a gamble, lets be honest he was brought in because IB thinks he is better and will add more to the team than the other options we have already. May take him a few games to settle and get to know the players around him but no gamble for me, hes signed for the season so get him playing and lets see whats hes capable of.

+6 from me feckin ridiculous thread get it locked

IB and the coaching team see the younger players like Leitch, Moore, Cadden, Thomas etc day in day out. They make the call and decide if they are ready and good enough to get their chance in the 1st team if they are then they will, but clearly if we are bringing players like Taylor in then IB is not convinced they are ready to step up to get a start.
-
Away and stop talking pish,
-
Let's not get all sentimental about Lasley truth is he has lost that bit of pace which means he always seems to be chasing players these days. IB never brought in Taylor to warm the bench so when everybody is fit who would you drop to accommodate him, Pearson or Lasley ?
-
If everybody is fit and available then I would have our starting midfield of Johnson, Taylor, Pearson, and Ainsworth. As much as I like Lasley he has lost that bit of pace and struggles to last 90 mins these days, so along with Leitch I would have them as sub's to come on as required.

Tommy Coyne, The republic of Ireland got as high as 6th in 1993

Good mate who lives down south ( occasional poster on here Southern Steel ) is a Reading season ticket holder has seen him play regularly and thinks its a great piece of business to get him on board. Full Welsh international and they are the tenth best international team in the world, so he cant be too bad
-
Aye tackling women and running from the polis, quality stuff.
-
Laing for me, OG aside he was outstanding, strolled through the game.
-
Killie have lost 2 watched thistle v celtic today and they were pish, hamilton are also pish so there is your bottom 3. St Johnstone, Dundee, and inverness will make up the other 3 in the bottom 6. 1st and 2nd will be Celtic and Aberdeen, and Ross county 6th. I cant see much between us, Dufc, and Hearts so perm any finish from 3rd to 5th.
-
Not much between the 2 teams, we cant afford not to take all the chances we created today, thats what cost us in the end, a draw would have been a fair result 2-0 flattered untd a bit. PS Madden is an utter arsehole of a referee, there 1st goal came from one of his dodgy decisions

Looks a decent scheme but when you have the potential for several thousand travelling supporters buying tickets each week these initiatives are financially attractive for the transport companies that's why they set them up. However when you scale it down to the level of the average travelling Motherwell support, a couple of hundred at best then it may not be worth their while.

To be honest I think travelling to games on organised buses has had its day. At one time we had 6 supporters clubs running buses to every away game, wishaw, central, muirhouse, shotts, EK, and Belshill now I think we are down to just 3 and that may not be every game. Times have changed re peoples working times, family commitments etc so the vast majority of fans who regularly travel to away games probably drive . That said I think there may be opportunities for organised travel for certain games, cup games, semi or finals, playoffs etc (hope we are never in another one) which the club could look at.

Not having a go but Why unexpected our record up there is good and to be honest ICT are nothing special, I think they may struggle this season.
-
Our record up there is good, but, given all the rebuilding that has gone on over the summer that's a great result and start to the season. Judging by the reports it probably should have been a couple more but happy with the 1 and the 3 points.

IB knows Twardzik is not good enough to be 1st choice keeper that's why Ripley is here, so I don't think Dan will be surprised at not starting. As for his motivation if the Ripley loan ends in January, he has a contract which given his limited talents might have been difficult to get had he been looking for a club, so he has all the motivation he needs ie a regular pay packet.
-
Might be a bit too soon for a start tomorrow, but next week yes he will, if he is potentially as good as the info on him suggests he is not here to sit on the bench. And let's be honest Twardzik is not very good so he will be our 1st choice as long as he is fit and still at Fir park
-
He was a celtic player who signed for Ross county does anybody really give a feck, i dont. More interested in who we sign, ie a new keeper and a holding midfield player.
-
first few times we were up there the sports bar was ok, but last few visits, its been poor. Jonny Foxes at night, the only place to be especially if you book the premier inn over the bridge, just about 10 mins staggering distance at 3am.
-
The exchange on academy st usually has a few well fans in on match days, also the phoenix a bit further down on same side is ok, avoid the sports bar on academy st its a shit hole.
-
He is a good well fan, been to most European adventures, been a season book holder for a few years I think.
