As bizarre as it sounds yes...never had a clue where he was supposed to be the whole game
-
on way back from game we were feckin dire no threat the whole game, pearson had a nightmare as did kennedy and why mcghee thought Johnson could play at left back is beyond me. but to be fair 3-0 flattered county a bit they were nearly as bad as us niether keeper had a decent save to make
-
yes its a contact sport but RC seem to apply a bit more contact than most other teams. The last 2 games at Fir park they tried to kick us off the park, constant fouls and spoiling the play and as usual no action taken by the refs.
-
going up for this one,we have shown signs of improvement recently so i think we can get something from the game. would love a win but think it will be a 1-1 draw
-
might be in a minority of 1 here but i would have him back. He went to sevco to earn ridiculous amounts of cash and nobody can blame him for that but he is a decent midfield player, something we have been lacking for a few seasons now.
-
Whats not to like...the fact that he is a fud of a journalist so biased towards the blue ugly sister will do for a start..dont let all this pish about him being a St Mirren fan fool you, he is a Sevco fan
-
The only branches that i think still run buses to away games are Wishaw, Central and East Kilbride but not sure if they will be going to Dingwall, contact details should be on club website.

Agree on the percentage of pens awarded but the problem with the rule is that the onus is placed on the ref to determine if the handball was deliberate or not and as we all know most of the time they only see a handball and give the pen especially with the standard of ref we have in Scotland. -

correct, law 12 states that a pen is awarded if the player handles the ball deliberately, but with a fud like Thompson in charge it was always going to be given -
The whole set up seems a shambles the desicions taken without consultation of the members are at best questionable.. what is the scenario if the club/WS fails to meet the payments and defaults on the loan was it secured on Fir park does LH then own the ground? people joined the WS and contributed their cash in the belief that they were buying a small stake in the club, now they find that the people in charge are spending that cash without consultation not to buy a stake in the club but to service loans they never asked for or agreed to. The whole set up seems undemocratic and just that little bit questionable. Members need to be consulted and agree to how their cash is being used as it stands its not a good advert to attract new members or keep the ones they have.
-
Borrow a shed load of cash..spend it..then get somebody else to pay it back for you..that seems to be the business model determined by a few individuals with no consultatation with the members who's cash they are using.

agreed re-take every day of the week, the motherwell player was nearly in the 6 yard box when it was cleared ffs. -
Thirdly he is an annoying fud you would not tire of slapping
-
If thats true then fair enough but from the snippets of info on here it looks like the cash may be coming from the WS funds is there definite proof that the club is servicing the loan? I assume the members have asked these questions
-
As a non member and committed sceptic of the WS it seems that the whole focus has moved from the original concept i.e. fans joiing and committing financially to evenually be part owners of the club. Now it seem that all that the contributions from existing and new members seem to be doing is servicing the loan from Mr Hutchison a loan that the club negotiated, i wish i could negotiate a loan spend the cash and get others to pay it back for me. If and when the loan to LH is repayed is the money owed to John Boyle next for the members to pay off, it begs the question that when all the monies owed are repayed will there be any left to run the club, assuming the WS has purchased the majority shareholding by then as was envisaged by the original concept.
-
What are Mr Hutchisons motives, did the multi millionaire tax exile who has never been near Lanarkshire in years invest because of his good community spirit and wanting to help the local area, or did he smell an investment opportunity with a decent return on his cash if he is getting one, but you don't become a millionaire by giving cash away so he must be getting something fro the deal. I am not saying he is wrong and the club did need the cash but it only re-enforces the point that for clubs to be stable financially they need an owner/investor to put up some cash, hopefully for a return on their investment as was the case with Fergus McCann at Celtic, Community / Fan ownership is a nice idea but for a club the size of ours its not viable, we need a Hutchison, or a Boyle or a Chapman to put some cash into the club, not ordinary fans contributing £60 a year at the new £5/month rate.
-
Agree with that the whole thing is a shambles, I am not a member and I have no intention of becoming one as I have never been convinced of the benefits/merit of it from the start. I have no doubt that the original concept was sound but it seems to me that it has been implemented and is being run by amateurs, I have said all along we do not have the fan base to make the WS a viable prospect, everybody who wanted to and was financially able to has already joined.

Its on the Sky Platform so I would expect you can, can't remember what channel it is though.

It makes no difference to the courts whether people were charged for whatever they got up to at a toddlers kick about or the champions league final, the main issue is they were doing something against the law so they got lifted, simples
-
The record generally prints pish but the story just highlights the main issue with these so called ultras. If you have several thousand in a stadium singing, setting off flares etc then rightly or wrongly it looks impressive but in Scotland when we try it with a few dozen "ultras" at most it just looks ridiculous.

not sure he did, there was a lot of talk about him but might just have been his agent putting his name about.

i see Hearts are clamping down on their own so called "young team" http://m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/34641934

Thats why managers and coaches get paid a decent salary to make these decisions based on their judgement of a players ability and where they will be most effective in the team.
