it took 4 minutes to arrive at the decision , that is not the definition of clear and obvious error. That is a case of looking for the minutia of a goal before you find something you can chalk it off for. If a decision cannot be made in 60/90 seconds its not a clear and obvious error so the original decision should stand.

If it take 3/4 minutes to decide, its not a clear and obvious error the decision should stand. They should have 90 seconds to review any incident if they cant make the call by the 90 second mark the original decision stands.

We will not beat Dundee in Dundee nor St Mirren at Fir Park. Top six will be done and dusted by the time Hibs come calling. If we lose to St Mirren and Ross County beat Aberdeen its a real bun fight for the play off spot.

I don't think we did deserve to lose , we were abysmal but Aberdeen were worse. Our age old failing , teams only need one shot at goal to beat us. All game we boot the ball long then with two mins left of normal time, we decide to play possession football and don't put a single ball into the Aberdeen area. We need a serious clear out if we manage to stay up, this lot will always put us in bother

For every one you can give where we deal with expectations, I can give you three where we didn't. I've watched us for 46 years , dealing with rising expectations is most certainly the exception. Failures in the Cup competitions over than period are utterly littered with defeats to teams from lower divisions defeats to other SPFL teams no better than us when we'd expect to win them.

Watched Aberdeen tonight, my god they are seriously one of the worst teams I've seen in years. I'd dearly love to think we could handle expectation on Saturday but I've supported us too long not to see a potential banana skin.

It's definitely still on but for it to happen we need to win 3 or 4 of our next 4 games and we've only won 7 all season. So it unlikely, add to that that it would be so typically Motherwell to beat Rangers and lose to the worst Aberdeen team you will ever see. Aberdeen were utterly shocking tonight and if we have anything about us on Saturday we should be able to beat them. However all my Motherwell supporting life the one this we consistently can't do is deal with rising expectations in the stands. That said it would make for some real excitement in the stands for a change if we took it right down to the Hibs game. I still says the odds are against us.

However predicting Hibs drop two points RC and Aberdeen win at Dens Park is probably being over optimistic. Of course if we won all four, which borders on the impossible, 6th place would almost certainly be ours. I think Hibs will get it when all said and done.

If Aberdeen draw or beat Dundee and Ross County beat or draw with Hibs in midweek a top six place then becomes in our own hands but realistically we need to beats Hibs and Dundee and one of Aberdeen or St Mirren to end up in the top 6. For me it's still an outside bet but the fact we've put ourselves in that position is pretty incredible.
