Whyte and mcallister are the next 2 youth players who have the potential to break into our first team. Whyte's getting games in L1 which will be good for his development and Mcallister is in our matchday squads at the moment so both will hopefully make it here.

I can't see Jens going to Aberdeen it wouldn't make any sense for him he's getting all the plaudits for the way we're playing. I'd have Longelo in for his height at set-peices, Stama/Hendry is a toss up not overly bothered who starts. I'd be taking Preistman out for an attacker they'll give us the ball and sit in their shape not convinced preistman is going to be very good against a low block.

I think stylistically they're our hardest opponent they sit deep and break well with big powerful boys all over the park. You seen in the semi final Robinson had worked out how to disrupt our build up and they're a massive threat of set peices. Folk on twitter seem to think we're signing Ronan Hale I mean I certainly wouldn't say no based on his goal tally from last season as long as the fee is minimal. I think we need 4/5 in January and to let 4/5 go. We need a LB or to recall Wilson as cover/competition. We need a CB to replace Balmer and potentially another if Welsh is recalled. St as mentioned by near enough everyone. Terminate Osong's loan and try punt Stuperavic and Robinson. A CM if Halliday is to leave as expected. And personally we need a number 10 to link the game better than Slattery can at let Just play off the side where he has far more impact for me

The only 1 that may have better offers will be JK. I'd expect Mcginn and SOD to both get extensions given the amount they've played Welsh will most likely be gone. Gordon I'd expect to leave based on game time and Balmer will be off either in January or the Summer.

Our model is to sell and re invest in other areas of the club. January after AFCON will be Maswanhise's peak value while he's a Motherwell player. I think it's fairly likely we cash in on him and try and replace him. Welsh is out with our control he's a Celtic player and they can do as they please with him.

January we need a LB and a CB to strengthen the squad. If Halliday goes another CM as well Allan Campbell still a FA so we could do worse than bringing him back as cover for half a season. Then we need to look at can we offload Nicholson, Stuperavic, Balmer. If Robinson is back fit maybe even end Osongs loan and keep him as 3rd choice. Finally identify targets to replace Maswanhise and Welsh as they are probably the 2 we're most likely to lose in January. We have 6 Sts on our books at the moment Stama, Hendry, Osong, Robinson, Stuperavic, Sule Need to shift 2 or 3 wages there imo. Also was rumours before Oxborough got injured that Killie we're looking at him so if Jens doesn't fancy him can't see us making that a difficult deal to do.
