  1. Sorry but anyone who doesn't think Vuckic would be a good signing is talking shite in my opinion.Rangers would've struggled to even be in the playoffs if it wasn't for him and he'd walk into every SPFL side other than Celtic. He was one of their better players in both games against us and i'd fully expect him to easily get into double figures for goals and assists, there's no chance we're signing him though unless Newcastle are going to pay 90% of his wages.
  2. Not sure how Miller got away with that, I mean what more evidence do they need he's clearly about to punch somebody in that pic whether they picked it up in the vids or not.
  3. I v+ it as I do with most of our televised games, got no idea how to get it on here though. Edit - and Rangers can gtf with their statement praising their fans for not reacting.Maybe they should have a look at what some of their own fans are saying about the guy throwing everything he had in his pockets on the pitch and the other guy throwing a seat on.The only reason they never invaded the pitch is because of the thick line of stewards/police holding them back as it was quite clear that a few of them were trying to get on. Nothing mentioned about their fans causing bother elsewhere in the ground or the fact that the flare came from one of their fans.
  4. The guy who's getting ushered away by one of their fans is the one who was starting all that shite with the well fan, thought it was him who spat on the guy at the time.
  5. Was Connor Sammon not released recently? Could be a decent signing if Sutton goes.
  6. We were down the other end, 43-46 I think, they had about a dozen across the middle of that row in front of the media seats, they all fucked off at 2-0 and that's when one of them started his shite with the well fan down at the exit. The fact that they spent the full game standing should have made it even more obvious.
  7. Could definitely see a few empty seats near the front when it went 2-0.
  8. Agree about the stewards doing fuck all in the pod, pretty much the whole of row aa (very back row) was Rangers fans apart from the 4 of us at the end and it must have been even more obvious when we scored but the stewards who could clearly see them did fa and what about the guy about 5 rows from the back shouting for every decision going mental when Miller didn't get the pen.Having said that the claims by Rangers that they'd outnumber us were clearly false, they had maybe 400-500 in the pod and another 200 or so in the cooper.
  9. To be fair there didn't appear to be many arrests, inside the ground at least. There wasn't any serious trouble that I could see, just a few isolated incidents and a smallish pitch invasion with a few hundred fans winding a few hundred of them who were left up.
  10. Seems to have carried on outside the ground as well, there's a vid on RM showing the end of it as he's being taken back to the bus by Rangers staff. Found the mirrors match report quite funny and they at least pointed out that the guy with the flag was trying to get the ball and didn't mean to hit him with it. One of the pics makes it look like Miller was involved too, looked like he was about to throw a punch, never really saw him at the time and Ainsworth might well get a ban too for his punch on Moshni.
  11. I'm pretty sure the flare was a Rangers fan too, he didn't have anything 'Well' related on and he seemed to disappear down the stairs with the rest of their fans just after it and FTD the guy who got spat on didn't get chucked out, not that I could see anyway, the 2 police who came rushing down 5 mins later had a word then he went back to his seat.
  12. I was in there too, unfortunately sitting next to pretty much a full row of them up the back.To be fair all but one left quietly at 2-0, the last one pushed me and the other guys at the end of row on his way out with plenty of abuse going both ways then he squared up to an older Well fan before spitting on him and wrestling with a steward.
  13. If it becomes obvious that there's a lot of their fans in the pod they'll probably be moved to one end or into the away stand (delayed kick off maybe), i'd still expect us to easily outnumber them in all 3 home stands.
  14. Would agree about not just trying to defend, we don't have the players to do that and it's asking for trouble if they get in front.Rangers will need to attack so we'll have chances on the break again, get the first goal and it's pretty much over. 1-1
  15. Great result even with the late goal.My only hope was to still be in the tie for the second leg and i'm sure most on here were thinking the same so to actually be in a strong position to win the tie is a brilliant result. It' far from over but we've given ourselves great chance.
  16. To be honest i'd rather not watch it either, would rather check the score at half 9 then decide whether it's worth watching but i'm sure I will end up watching it. Just hoping our players/manager don't buy into all the 'we've no chance, just keep the score down' shite. This isn't the same quality of Rangers side who we've struggled against in the past, they're an average side with a couple of decent players. If we play well we can beat them.If we don't play well on the night at least don't give it to them easy, don't get caught on the ball at the back or get somebody sent off in the first half, at least make them beat us.
  17. He's clearly at it, maybe hoping the press pick up on this thread and think there's something to it.
  18. There's no chance of any of the south stand being used for our fans.I reckon we'll have about 7000 to their 3000 in the ground. Saw a few of them suggesting there will be hundreds of fans just turn up without tickets and the police will let them into the away stand, unlikely.
  19. We're all closet h**s according to their fans.
  20. Just noticed that myself, they also seem to think they'll get in the east stand without their being any trouble. Don't get why they think they'll outnumber us in our own stands either. The 3 home stands hold just over 8500 and if they're full i'd expect at least 7000 to be our fans.
  21. The way i'm looking at the away game is that we'll probably f*ck it up and get beat 3-0 so anything better than that is a decent result. They could easily have chucked their 2-0 lead against Hibs away in that second leg had Hibs scored one of those early chances so 2-0 at least gives us a slight chance. If they win by one goal then we're right in it but it would still be tough to break them down and keep them out at the other end.If it's a draw then it's 50/50 for the second game. My main worry about the away game is that every time we've had a chance to get out of it or give ourselves a decisive game we've fucked up against Partick, Accies, County, St Mirren etc and Rangers are better and more experienced than those teams so i'm expecting us to do the same and render the home game pretty much meaningless.
  22. Why would anyone want to give them £6 to watch us getting beat, even more so when there will probably be a few streams for it.
  23. Most of the Rangers fans getting in our end probably bought their tickets on Saturday.I got mine before the Partick game and the only check was that I was on the database, got 2 tickets for the same seats I had for the last 3 games, happy enough with that.
  24. It should be different when they're actually in the home stands especially if it's small pockets of them.I'd expect this to be the most policed game at FP since that Celtic game.
