Was a strange game tonight. Played well in patyches, but clearly the game meant more to the visitors and it showed with them having just a bit more hunger. Won't criticise our guys too much, first goal Hammel would have taken a card by prventing the run in I thought, tonight wasn't the game to do that in. Most important result was the fact we had no bookings, and Saint Mirren got two.

Tonight's delegate is Gerry Collins. He was Partick manager when we "persuaded" Craggo and Toastie to jump ship. Wonder what mark we'll get off him tonight............. Saturday's is George Douglas. He's the former head of security at Shellic.

I know Mark McGhee was seeking confirmation of the qualifying criteria for the SPL fair play place, does anyone know if he actually has received this yet? I get the impression McGhee knows that there are so many different point-earners with regards to the place that we are, whilst not there and dry, in a superb position.

Faroes was an expensive trip which I was lucky enough to be able to afford at the time, and it was limited as most of the fans who went were on the team's plane (I think a few went by the 24-hour ferry). It was definetly not one everyone could have gone to.

Saint Mirren have won four games since the turn of the year. Three were in the cup, sadly two were against us. However, the good news is they certainly are strong candidates for the drop.

He'll be the only Saint Mirren player able to be consoled after today. Sure he will forget about the defeat when he gets lost somewhere...........
