I'm looking forward to the away day out, even if it is mid-week now. Just really hope it can be played next week otherwise everyone is gonna start getting pissed off. Folk trying to get time off work/the team and staff/and Inverurie of course. From the sounds of it - the whole town was looking forward to the game.

Good to see points from the meeting being posted on here. Seems that everything is moving forward and definitely in a positive direction.

Hopefully it can go ahead - boss will kill me if I ask to change my holiday again!

Such a difficult question! So many great players pulled on the Claret and Amber, but for me it' Phil O'Donnell. Thought he was fantastic - was my hero when I was younger and, well yeah even when I was older. Obviously, his cup final goal was unforgettable, but he always played for the team. He was always playing for something and was a superb captain. Faddy comes a close second - I even remember being at school when he had his famous red hair and all the boys copying it. I wanted to do the same - just didn't work out the same!

Gotta agree there - Motherwell song = good!! No idea why, but always love to hear that song - especially hearing it before kick-off at Fir Park and going to my seat seeing folks sing along to it.

Obviously on Friday though, they didn't think it could be played. Think it was good to be called off on the Friday for the team and fans travelling up. How many angry folks would there be after travelling for a few hours to find out the game was off. A Saturday is a far better day for a cup day out right enough for people trying to get to the game and a shame for those that can't make it now. If, of course, it goes ahead on the 21st.

Not sure where I read/heard it, but I had always thought if the game was postponed it was to be played on the 14th. Anyone else hear this? 21st does seem a bit strange, but I suppose there must be a reason.
