While I'm a fan of blooding young players, I'm never quite so sure about young keepers. They seem to develop at a different speed and it's rare to find an exception. The only one that springs to mind was Richard Wright at Ipswich. Terrific goalie when he was a teenager, but you could argue that affected his later career when he seemed to go off the boil.

I think there is talent is in the Conference with a few teams throwing around silly money. I followed Forest Green Rovers when I lived down in Gloucestershire, and still try and catch a game or two on the internet when I can. While they're not the finished product by any means, there are guys there with plenty of potential.
