  1. You don't really though, do ye? You've just painted yourself into a corner with your predictions of losing every game, every week, and now you can't buck the trend
  2. And Lukas' surname is pronounced "Yootkievitch"
  3. First time around he played more of a midfield role and banged in 15 goals in 40 games.
  4. Still no as bad as Gardiner. At least Woods had some saves in him.
  5. Shuggie was a decent keeper and top notch entertainment value. Gardiner was the worst I have seen in a Motherwell shirt.
  6. Once you learn to quote, it will be easier to respond. I'm guessing you wont go to the Cooper the day after we get gubbed, but feel free to prove me wrong. In short, the club won't pay for me to travel and film games for the internet every week, but he offer is there. However, it's possible that as they film every game, that they could give it a shot. There was a company that did that a few years back that was very good quality - so it can be done. You still haven't cracked a smile (and I doubt you can find 3 posts over the last 3 months where I was moaning)
  7. The Rile was definitely up there with the worst of them.
  8. Aye, but by not supporting them you would be giving them your full support.
  9. You've just proved my point.
  10. So if Celtic gub us 6 - 0, will you be turning up to re-live the entire 90 minutes in the Cooper the next day? I've offered up plenty of ideas over the years, but seeing as we are talking about away games on TV, here's one. Live internet feed of the game to overseas fans (for a fee). Downloadable highlights (edited by MFC) after the game. Here's another idea. Crack a smile on yir sour puss.
  11. Meaning, "Don't go running to the boards and complain like auld sweetie wives if the deal isn't completed by midnight"
  12. Aye. While I applaud the initiative, it wouldn't be something I would be interested in all that often. And are we planning to show games where we get gubbed?

    Aberdeen

Even the report on the 'fishul Aberdeen website said it crossed the line and there as no doubt it was a goal.
  14. Indeed. And every time we scored the crowd would need to contemplate clapping with one hand.
  15. And when you ask for a hot dog at the kiosk you just say "Make me one with everything".
  16. I think it's a good choice to take us to the end of the season. While I've always been a fan of Brown, however, I'm not sure I want him to be boss for longer than that.
  17. So we should have locked everything away when Paul Quinn and Bob Malcolm were about Fir Park every day? Or are we just talking about these particular known criminals?

    Faddy

That's the other danger. For fans who had never seen Brian McLair the first time around, they must have wondered what the hell was going on.

    Faddy

If he is still playing to a decent standard at 33, then he'd be mad to come back and play for us when he could be earning top dollar in England. A footballer's career is far too short to be sentimental.
  20. The Duke, every time. Goalscorers are difficult to come by at the best of times. It would be much easier to sign another keeper from elsewhere than find someone who can bag 20 goals or so a season.
  21. If you want an example, for year end 2008, Bolton Wanderers reduced their season ticket prices and still suffered an 11.4% reduction in gates.

    Catering

I didn't think ball boys needed a confidentiality agreement.
  23. And I was only pointing out that we have much higher priorities on which to spend our meagre income than electronic season tickets.

    Catering

I was hoping milky might start a "Catering Memories..." thread and post pictures of his favourite pies from the past few years. I'd be particularly interested in pies from other European grounds.
