Humous[sic] is neither Australian nor Greek.

Transfermarkt have his current club as Anorthosis Famagusta in Cyprus with Kaiyne Woolery.

I agree with all of that and would emphasise your last point. What could happen if we sack another manager mid-season? We might spend two or three transfer windows and a lot of money on getting rid of SK's signings and waiting for the new manager to mould his own team and style of play. Seem familiar?

It won't be a surprise to anybody that daft handshakes improve your chances of success in this country.

Came off the bench for Falkirk today.
-
Really? By who? You and a few others maybe. The rest of us non-pantwetters will wait and see once all of the transfers are in / out and the new squad has had a few months to settle in.

Another for Dunachie, 3-2 Clyde.

Not sure how well-known this is but, despite his huge salary, he didn't cost the club a penny. According to Pat Nevin, John Boyle wanted him as a big signing and a signal of intent but Nevin disagreed as breaking the wage structure would have a detrimental effect on the rest of the squad. Boyle's solution was to pay Spencer's wage out of his own pocket.

I remember there being talk of the club receiving a fee for him at that time.

O'Donnell's crosses in recent games needed someone like this on the end of them. Wilson's a good crosser too and Halliday from set pieces should create plenty chances. We've also got the three new wingbacks so it will be good to see what they offer as well.

I wonder if Danny Baker still follows us and if he was ever invited up to watch a game.
-
The game's on Sunday.

Halliday is playing really well, looks like SK knows what he is doing.
-
Moses needed to throw his left foot at that.
-
Stuparevic or Wells would have been more attack-minded options.
-
Two up top by the looks of it - Moses and Robinson.

There's seats on the club board up for grabs and we could do with someone as level-headed as yourself driving the club forward.

Completely forgot to update this, mainly because I couldn't get the photo of me and Pat small enough to comply with site rules. Anyway, it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening, Pat's a great speaker, took loads more questions than the compère wanted him to and stuck around for ages at the end. I was able to have a good chat with him and so did my mates who are from Dundee, Fife, Glasgow, all over really. A few of us bought his book too which I have now read and I have to say that I feel very differently about him now. John Boyle needs to take a larger portion of the blame along with the money men at his company Hamilton. Pat seemed to be an honest, kind and intelligent person who was as upset and annoyed as anyone when the cutbacks started. Also, Pat's insights into some of the behind the scenes stuff like Billy Davies' mental state, Eric Black's coaching ability, Terry Butcher putting David Kelly in his place and many others was really eye-opening. All-in-all, I understand the hate but he put his heart and soul into the club for those three or so years.

Hoping to head up to Scotland next month and tempted to get the away top.
