I guess I should pay more attention to league reconstruction, I totally missed the part about zeroing the points after 22 games. I actually think that is a good thing and may give the other teams a better chance of giving Celtic a run for their money. I believe we would be better able to compete aganst Celtic in a 15 game season ( effictively at that point )

To illustrate the point, I think if they went back and took money off of Celtic and redistributed among places 3 to 12 and left 2nd place alone now everyone ( except maybe Celtic ) would be happy? Right? The goal should be trying to make the other teams get stronger to compete with Celtic. This redistribution has not done that in anyway.

Although first priority is getting top 6 place we must still be aiming for second and that menas trying to get max points form our last 3 games. Utd play aberdeen before the split so that means that is impossible for both to catch us, so thats 4 teams now ruled out. Only 2 to go from utd or Aberdeen, Killie, hibs and S tJ who have to play Dundee utd and Caley Just so many permutations but I think as long as we continue to pick up points the permutations are in our favour.

I think we are due to gubb Hibs! it's about time for Ojaama and Faddy to score and Higdon in there as well.

Yes, apart form the #1 prize money not being touched this change in midstream really bothers me. everyone should know what they are playing for from the start of the season and any chnages should be in place the follwoaing season...............Of course having said that if they all decide that it's ok to change midstream then we are back to why the hell did we agree to this or maybe we still have that question regardless?

While I understand the sentiment of wanting Auld Broon to get the sack. It's much more advantageous for us for him to stay there. That way Aberdeen will continue to remain shite for longer. They were made for each other !

I think Hately is a good player for us. Would rather see him stay than leave.

If we can do the business at Aberdeen on Saturday I think it might be a great day for us, looking at the other fixtures. I fancy Hearts( V Hibs ) and Dundee ( V caley ) might do us a turn plus Ross county play Celtic. Regardless, if we win it will still be a great day!

we have 4 games lef to th split all winnable ............BUT........... We are Motherwell. We ahve already wone 2 on the trot. So what is our longest winning streak ( if you can call it a streak ) in the SPL? or what is our longest of run being undefeated? Would love to see us win all 4 on the way to the split but I think history is against us?? of going 6 wins in a row or 6 undefeated

I'm usually very optimistic but for this game all i see is doom and gloom so much so that my stomach is churning................but still I will be taking half day off work to watch it on the telly here.

with inverness playing Hibs, as long as we win against Ross county, we benefit from any result in that game
