It sure was Steve, the last full stop I used was a little ragged. He must have bought it at the new “One Full Stop Shop” pricey, but worth every penny.

It pains me to say it, but financially our league position is worth far more than any cup win. Maybe we should rest a few of our big players for the cup semi in order to keep them fresh for the remainder of our league campaign.

I’m sure most teams handle the scouting, targeting, buying and selling of players internally. Even small clubs like us and Stockport will have a good source of reliable contacts for players. It all seems a bit desperate from this guy.

Slightly off topic but I see that Jamie Murphy was voted player of the round for the quarter finals.

I just realised that we are the only team in the top 6 to have a minus GD (-8). Where as Inverness in 7th are +1. You never know that minus GD could bite us in the arse.

Although all games are vital I reckon the league is always more important. Top six will surely bring better financial rewards than the Scottish Cup?

Due to the amount of walking wounded in our side I would accept anything out of this game. A point would be OK but given our injury list a win would be brilliant. United will have learned a lesson from their last trip to Fir Park so I can’t see a repeat of that result. 1-1 for me.

If he can add a greater level of consistency to our results I’d be a lot happier. As has been said, he came in at a difficult time and we won’t know until next season the sort of manager we have got. Top six is always the aim at the start of the season, it’s now in our hands so you can’t ask for anything more than that.
