Does anyone know who has the final say on whether the stadium (not the playing surface) is fit to host a game?

How the East Stand and the stadium passes a health and safety check is anyone’s guess. I know there has been extreme weather of late but if any other entertainment business charged £22 to sit in pish they would be quite rightly shut down. John Boyle should have came over and sat in the East Stand today to experience first hand what the fans are getting for their money.

The East Stand is not fit for purpose, I choose to sit there but to be quite honest it should be condemmed. Motherwell and Scottish football are skint, so I wouldn’t hold your breath on an improvement of facilities anytime soon.

Between Lasley or Craigan. At least both of them seemed to care about the result. An improvement and a manager is required before the game at Celtic Park. If not I fear a another Old Firm humping. As for today’s MotM, I will go for Lasley.

Yes, it was a shambles on and off the park today. A lacklustre performance against a side that has been vunerable of late. The team appeared to be playing in suspended animation waiting for a real manager to tell them what to do. No disrespect to Gordon Young but the quicker we get someone in place the better. As for the stadium, no mens toilets, resulted in a long que for the ladies. We should have just pissed in the metal buckets that was collecting the water from the leaky roof. All in all a very bad day at the office.

The next step is to hammer home to any potential new boss that we have NO MONEY for new players. If they require a transfer kitty they need not apply. That is why a man like Jimmy Calderwood would be ideal, as he would already know the score about our lack of transfer budget. The club can only make sure the pitch and the immediate areas around Fir Park are ok. It’s up to the Council and Police to advise on any other road and travel safety issues. If the temperature doesn’t rise significantly (and I don’t think it will!) the game is will be OFF.

Game will be off. It would suit us to have this match postponed as it gives us more time to have a manager in place. Pitch could easily be made playable but the police will advise the people in authority to rearranged it.
