Loved the 2nd half performance from us today especially after Lasley went off. Lasley (who must be in the running for SPL player of the year) had been outstanding in the first half, scoring the 1st and setting up the 2nd, and only Ian Black's antics fooled the referee into thinking that both fouls were deserving of a yellow card. Having moved Ojamaa out wide and Law into centre midfield, we attacked with purpose everytime we broke. Big Randolph, the back 4 and Jenno all allowed Murphy, Higdon, Law and Ojamaa to create chance after chance in the 2nd half and being honest, we should have had more. Ojamaa's 2nd half performance was Messi-like and he reminds me of a mixture of Faddy and Arnott. We should just enjoy him whilst he is here as it won't be long before bigger clubs come calling. Fantastic effort and quality from the whole team today....let's hope we can continue it on Wednesday. On another note, I don't think it is coincidence that since Jenno has returned from suspension, we've not lost a match (think I'm right in saying that). Both him and Lasley are the heartbeat of our team.

Good news, but hopefully now that he's earned his contract, he keeps on giving 100% effort.

So I believe that Broadfoot is the "SFA press officer", i.e. the person who makes the coffee, uses the photocopier, gets told what to write down, then e-mails it out to media outlets. Exactly, we saw that he was never a left-back when he played there on a few occassions. Also, he was an absolute bombscare when Craigan wasn't playing beside him and talking him through the game, in fact, he became like a nervous schoolboy who wouldn't stand up and take responsibility. He was an average player with pace and his level is a provincial club in the SPL. As for the Craig Brown comment, I can see where he is coming from as I never really saw him being outpaced when he was with us (albeit he ain't came up against Arfur Daley or John Humphreys!) .

Lost his way big-time in the last 2 years and by going to Aberdeen, his career is only going to get worse!

This is a ridiculous decision by the SFA. Firstly, it wasn't a 2 footed lunge on Jennings that some are saying, however, it was a very aggressive sliding challenge which in today's world is a yellow card offence at least. Jennings turned Goodwin's face after he had been barged in the back by Goodwin, which resulted in Goodwin punching him in the stomach. Can't help feel that if Jennings had been like the rest of the fairies in football these days and fell to the ground, rolling about (rather than being honest), Goodwin would have seen a straight red in the match and nothing would have happened to Jenno. Motherwell must appeal this and show the elbow by Hooper in our match at Parkhead as further evidence as to why he shouldn't be banned.

Still be happy with a draw if it happens.

This team apart from Murphy in for McHugh however can understand McHugh getting a start after his decent performance against Hibs. Make sure Lasley remains in front of the defence to protect it from when Aberdeen attack.
