I hate both with a passion. At the moment I find Rodgers a total pr1ck. His comments after the cup final about Kipres sending off and his interview after the late goal they got in a 1-1 draw in the invincibles season were outrageous. As for their sisters anyone who has supported the Well as I have done for lots of years will remember the late seventies when with Miller, McVie and Stevens we were hammering them 2-0 and the crowd decided to break in and disrupt the game. After a long delay the game restarted and they won 5-3 and went on to win a treble. No action was taken by the league. Scum then and still are.

Goalies are in a very difficult position. They make a mistake and it is often a goal. On Saturday Blaney got absolutely skint and fell over. The STJ player was clean through but who bailed Blaney out the goalie, Kelly. I don't know anything about Ox but only three weeks ago at Celtic Kelly was the hero so for me stick with who you know unless the coaches see something at training.

From those at the game or watching a stream how are we lined up?

McCoist spoke the best line ever as a co commentator at the last World cup final. When Mbape scored his third goal the English commentator said "that's the first hat trick in WC final since 1966." And McCoist immediately said " and it's the first one where the ball crossed the line three times" Absolutely brilliant.

At one point today both turnstiles were held up by the reader unable to read the QR code on two people's phones Is this the future? I am fortunate enough to live near Fir Park and as an old dinosaur I want my paper copy in my hand. The future must be contactless gates.

I thought Dunfermline might want Lamie. McPake is his mate and was taking him to Dundee before he got the bullet.

Bair got his contract cancelled at SJ. There would be a pay off to him to compensate for this season. Maybe we are paying him washers for the first year of his contract with us.

if it has not already happened can someone from the club media group put up a film of Kevin's take down in the first half that resulted in the Killie player hauling him down. It was an even better take than the one that led to the goal but was not shown on Sportscene.

In February I was convinced that we would be relegated. What a turn around. The next few months will be interesting as SK has to reshape the squad. There are a few players under contracts who are not in the team and a few who are out of contract who are playing. He needs to sort out that conundrum and find a goal scorer to replace KVV.

If Mckinstry was not a Motherwell boy this would not be an issue. The system we play does not lend it's self to wingers. Should we change the system just to accommodate a loan player? I think not. Why are fans worried about a player who is not ours?

Sportsound commentator saying Kilmarnock have got 91 per cent of their points at home. I wonder why.

Changing to 3-5-2 when we have one fit centre half tells me Hammell has completely lost it.
-
I am absolutely raging at the board and management of our club. Hammell should never have been given the job and should have been punted after he stood with his hands in his pockets as we threw away a two goal lead against 10 man Kilmarnock. We then keep him to the window and allow him to bring in 9 players with no rhyme or reason to his choices. The line up today was a joke. We should have tried 3-5-2 weeks ago but to do it today with one fit centre half is madness and shows Hammell has no idea. Plus players like Crankshaw, Aitchison and McKinstry are not suited to 3-5-2. Now I read that we have reverted to one up front. It shames me to say but when it went to 3-0 I was hoping we would get a real doing and there would be no way back for Hammell and Kerr
-
Why did we sign this Blaney guy. I hope it was not on the strength of two games against us and a wonder free kick. The money paying him and a bit more could have been used on an experienced leader that we are crying out for at centre defence. (If we could find one)
-
It is vital we do not get relegated. The way the leagues are shaping up Dundee could remain in the championship. Dunfermline and Falkirk could replace Hamilton and Arbroath. Inverness, Queens Park and Partick are ambitious. I would not bet on us getting back up any time soon
-
And there is the problem. Who would you sign for, an experienced manager who has been around the block or a novice with a novice assistant who have very few contacts in the game. Hammell's August signings showed he had little or no contacts, brining in two ex players who were crocks and an academy player he had worked with who had no first team experience. It will be interesting to see who he manages to persuade to come to us but I am not expecting much.

Hammell was the wrong appointment. We saw tonight an experienced manager making the changes while ours dithered until 5 minutes from the end. At the very least we should have brought in an experienced assistant. Bringing back Moult, Aarons and Mckinstry looked like desperate measures by a manager who had very few contacts in the game having spent almost his whole career here. I have real fear that we will go down this season.

The irony of the outcry about the Jota incident is that all that fuss about something that did not change the result. No mention of the dodgy shy that led to a goal. No fuss about the pull on Lamie v Aberdeen that should have given us a last minute penalty. Poor Celtic but of course they are stoking the fire for future tight decision hoping the pressure they know they can bring will influence the decisions.

Shields will be fine. He'll lead our attack next season in the championship. That is his level and where we are heading

The last few games have given me the fear. On the evidence of the last three home games it looks like we will be in relegation trouble. The inability to create chances and a leaky defence is a fatal combination. Managers stand and fall by their recruitment. When Hammell was appointed I questioned how he would recruit having spent virtually his whole career at Fir Park and as a coach working in the academy. I feared his contacts in the game would be limited. The fact that he signed three former players, two injury prone and one untried youngster seemed to back this up. Only the completely new player Penney has improved things.
-
It amazes me that a coach thinks it is sensible for a defender to take a bye kick by passing it to the goalie. Madness- surely an outfield player is better with the ball at his feet than a goalie
-
When Hammell was appointed I worried about recruitment which after all is one of the main roles of the manager, To recruit well a manager should have a high profile and lots of contacts in the game. My worry is that Stevie is not well known as he has been immersed in youth football and may not have the contacts and profile to attract players to the club. I feel this has been borne out by this transfer window. Only Penney has had no previous connection with the club. McKinstry is obviously someone he knows well, but how many more like him are ther? Aarons and Moult have been here before so know the club and that would be an attraction for them.
