It's the first time I came across Charlton mentioned outside of a list of clubs supposedly interested. Anyone know what is happening with Lucas? Surely if we aren't offering a long term contract he should be away today.

Assuming now that this will drag into tomorrow...... you'd have thought that if your handing in a transfer request that you know someone is going to bid for you... not even a hint of a knockback yet.

I would say then if Hibs can keep Cummings, they'll win the Championship at a canter, so I'd look for a promotion clause in that offer....

My biggest concern is.... if he moves do we have enough of McGoo's time to get other deals across the line, especially with him away on Scotland duties. I try not to think about the Scotland card but this is possibly the worse time of the year to have an international break.. from a club perspective.

All I see from that story is he played for Celtic and Dunfermline........ at least our club isn't tarnished with his name....

I nearly deleted mine, the subject was thanks and the sender was Craig Hughes. Didn't recognise the name and thought it may have been spam, Then remembered I had seen Craig Hughes name mentioned on here. Every mail since has had the well society address on it, but definitely not the way you'd expect to receive a welcoming email.

Just watched the Notts COunty goals on goal rush.. Decent finish from Louis and he was involved in the 2nd as well, driving with the ball from his own half before picking out Stead to score.
