Personally, sadly for me work and personal issues have been consuming my life for the last year plus. I do my best to at least get time to take a decent look at the forum once every few days, even if I don't always post. As I am not getting to many games I don't comment on those games I haven't been to. I think this year, I have been to 4, maybe 5. I made the game on Saturday but only because I got a call from the Well Society to say I had won hospitality in the centenary, made it an easy call to say yes or no to the overtime I was asked if I could do. Although the overtime I will be doing between now and Xmas is financially good for me but I can feel the claret and amber drain from my blood........ hence why days like Saturday become mportant to me. While I am working during game time, I tend to have Twitter, Mixlr and the bbc websites open continuosly checking in on our game and what is happening around, This site very rarely gets looked at during the game these days as the users on the site use other social media to talk about the game as it's going on. That's fine, time has moved on since this site was founded and the same as everything else we all grow in different ways and things that were once important get replaced. However the site does still have it's purpose and if that's to let of steam after the game or to praise Moulty for playing like Suarez then so be it. If you look you can still find snippets in advance of what's happening in the club.

Gutted that I missed the game, ended up doing overtime, so at least the Xmas kitty is building up nicely. Great result although by the sounds of things Accies could've had another couple as well. However 3 points and a win in the first Derby of the season, that'll do me nicely.

Just seen the highlights of the Birmingham/Sheffield Wednesday game with Juke scoring a late winner. All 3 goals scored by players who not too long ago were playin in the SPL. Hooper for Wednesday, Donaldson and Juke for Birmingham. Chris Humphrey with an own goal as well.

That's got to be the weirdest signing yet, been available from the bench and not brought on, despite McGhee saying he looked at the bench in the certain games and couldn't see anyone to bring on. Surely have someone that's a better passer than Las etc, is what's needed when we're trying to keep the ball or break a team down.

It's the first time I came across Charlton mentioned outside of a list of clubs supposedly interested. Assuming now that this will drag into tomorrow...... you'd have thought that if your handing in a transfer request that you know someone is going to bid for you... not even a hint of a knockback yet.
