  1. Could not afford him and not as good as stevie
  2. killie away 3-0 to start the run and a scrappy 1-0 at home to Hibs because it kept the run going at a difficult time against a side we find hard to beat.
  3. Doing very well and a few prospects in that team.
  4. Well done to MFC for reducing the prices and encouraging anyone who can afford the £10 to come along and support the team. Damned if they do, damned if they don't according to the usual suspects on this forum who should all buy seats together next season and moan the face off each other. Reward for season book holders? - They can buy one for next season if they wish, you have the choice. 'Mon the 'Well
  5. Your quick the night, but that's what your missus says about you all the time.

    Hearts

Went for Steven Hammell as his distribution was great again. Hardly misplaced a pass all day and defended confidently.
  7. Brilliant to come away from that dump wi 3 points. 100% from every player and the fans were in top form. If we can show the same hunger for all our remaining games we can reach our goal of Europe.
  8. Dortmund, Wullie McCallum, holding the Scottish cup wi Claret & Amber ribbons on it, Jim Hamiltons goal v Celtic, yer first autograph book, Nancy away trip, Tommy Coyne M'Lord, segregation, Doooogie, Van Der Gaag goalv Pars, Peter Marinello, the open toilet that looked out to the street, Luc Nijholt, Fir Park Cafe ice cream, Away days at Edinburgh - my lift awaits These are a few of my favourite things. 9. Intae these Hearts Bams tomorrow and most 'Well fans will be right behind Craig and the boys - remember all the good times like beatin the Celtic in the cup semi, the final itself, Fitzy's goal in CIS semi final, Skippy Sunday, James McFadden, Andy Russell and Tizer the dug, Dixie Deans, Joe Wark, gubbin Spurs, Jumbo Muir, Mio's goal at Easter road, Davie Cooper, promotion at Forfar, Gary McAllister, Stevie Kirk savin a pen at Tynecastle, pie & apint post match in the Cooper, POTY dances in The Garrion, game called off because of wind at Arbroath, beating Coventry away, Willie Pettigrew, Bobby Russell roundin Ginsburg, the caravan at the bottom of the hill at Knowetop end, Katovice (whole game), John Goldthorpe, macaroon bars and spearmint gum, fir park club under the stand, Jackie McInally, spoilin Gers title party, Colin O'Neils semi goal celebration,Keith McCrae 12 games unbeaten 'Mon the 'Well
  10. Going through on train/bus for a day out in the capital. This is amust win if the players want to be in europe more than FHW
  11. I'm up for renewal - good value if early purchase scheme is on again. The atmosphere in the Cooper Bar is improving pre match and you are in the ground in 2 minutes. Suits me fine.
  12. Poor goalkeeping IMO - flapped at a couple and gave the message to Celtic to start throwing high balls at us.
  13. Why ban someone for having an opinion and responding to criticism of his post? I might not agree with it but he has not shirked from his stance and attempted to answer multiple attacks in a reasonable fashion most of the time.
  14. Murphy to make up for last weeks miss. He played really well at Falkirk earlier this season when Coke was red carded and can give their defence so much to do. 'Mon the 'Well
  15. Another 70 would see him break 400 appearances.
  16. A sound start by signing one of our most consistent players. Heres hoping more follow suit.
  17. This decision and Murphy's miss meant so much in terms of how things played out. We never recovered and gave away 3 goals - just relived it on BBC Sport - not good viewing.

    Brown Must Go

Don't rule out the midget over at Hamilton.
  19. Good luck to the boys and Gordon tomorrow. I have to echo all your comments re Gordon Young. He works very hard for the club and has always supported The 'Well
  20. Shrewed bit of business by Tommy McLean at the time. A genius who brought on many youngsters around him at Fir Park. When will we see yer like again.
  21. You won't know what your missing until it isn't there. Steven Hammell is "used" regularly by many of our players as an "out" when they get themselves into bother. He rarely panics and seldom wastes the ball. Oh, and he can sometimes save you the game by clearing the ball off the line in the last minute. One of the first names on my teamsheet every week.
  22. Like to see us continue the good form but right now I will take a point. Don't think Lukas will make it so in with O'Brien, but is there room for Humphrey as well?
