Ive always been a great supporter of the society and what i believe it stands for - fan owenership of the club through subscription or one off payments, giving everyone an equal vote no matter how large or small their donations. My problem with this share sale - and Im no expert so could be wrong - is that we are diluting the amount of control that the society has from 74% to 57%. This is still a majority but this opens a scenario where further down the line where if someone buys 30% of the shares, then they could forcefully buy the outstanding 70% of shares. Again Im no expert but I believe this is the case in company law and there may well be an exception for situations like this and if so Id like to know. Also, if there is a possible future conflict between the society & shareholders, Id like to see some sort of a clause where in such a case, shareholders who are also society members would be prohibited from voting in any society vote on the issue.

Between Fisher, McHugh and Bigirimana. All did plenty running and closing down of opponents. Dont normally vote if Im not at the game but having watched the game on Alba Im going with Bigirimana.

To be fair in the Aberdeen game we played a hell of a lot better, closed them down and werent as physical as Sunday. But that said the abuse Bowman is gettting off so called journalists who claim to be impartial is shocking - as for that so called pundit Thomson what a prick of a man. Id be putting up posters all along the wall folk will be standing beside as they wait their turn for tickets. The posters should be bullet points stating what the society is and what has been achieved so far. So that after standing for 30 min reading all the posters, hopefully some will be minded to sign up.

Every away game that is close to a sell out has the same carry on. Mates with tickets apart sit together and fuck everything up but dont give a toss. Ive seen guys challenge other fans to a fight because they asked them to move. At FP if you PATG you get a ticket without a seat number but if someone comes along and says to someone that they were sitting in there season ticket seat, they would move but at away games the same folk always believe they have the right to do as they want - unfortunately folk like that wont change.

At the moment I suspect we will be battling it out with Hearts, Hibs, StJohbstone and possibly Dundee for 3 top six places. I'm excluding Rangers from that group but unless they change manager before Christmas, they could also be in that group. Of that group I believe we have no one to fear and everyone will take points from each other so I'm hopeful that we will be top 6.

Let's not kid ourselves, Thistle were shite and never caused any problems. That aside we strolled the game and yet again looked a class team.

Bowman for me. The guy gets better every week. Defence were never tested and strolled through the game although Hartley is class.

G&F in principle I agree with most of what you say but at the moment - as everyone is well aware- we are trying to pay off the debt so in my view the £100,000+ put into the club yearly over the last couple of years has been to cover any shortfall arising from this. Once this is completed I will be looking to see all or most of any transfer income going straight to the club avoiding the need for the society to contribute as much which will then allow the society to start building a proper fund. It is my view that what is happening with the money raised through the society being used to help us stay in the top flight is a short term option as I'm sure that if we weren't paying off Les & John then the money raised by transfers the last two seasons would be enough to meet that objective. There will be years when we get no transfer funds and at this point then the society should step up to cover the shortfall but on the whole I believe the club and society are moving in the right direction. I also like your idea of dropping the price to encourage more fans along but believe this can only be done once we have sufficient funds to cover any possible shortfall if the idea fails. Finally I would also like to think that if we can reach the league cup final then the added income should partly be used to decrease the money that the society puts in this season.

Rangers fan at work has been saying for the last few months that he will sign a pre contract agreement with them. If true I'd rather sell him in January to an English club.
