Jay do you know how many members voted and what percentage of the total membership that was?

I'm not saying Moult will do this but I always suspect that players in the last 6 months of a contract - who are not trying to win a new contract or have signed a pre contract - tend to down tools a bit as they try to protect themselves from injury which might stop them from getting a contract with another club. For this reason I believe it's best all round if we cash in and sell him in January.

On the penalty claims I remember hearing a referee consultant on the radio talking about what he called the bow fall which he described as an unnatural fall as the player throws his arms up and arches his back as he falls where as in any normal fall a player would put his arms down to lessen the fall. This to me explains why Taits incident was seen as a dive but Boyles was seen as not.

True in both counts, Rose is underrated by the fans and Campbell must be a stick on to get called up at next internationals if he continues to play with such confidence and maturity - had thought he should only be used as backup or a sub a few weeks ago but the way he's playing I'd keep him in the starting line up.

Honestly don't know how this game will go but I think we have a good enough team to go there with confidence and hopefully get a draw at least.

Seem to think that he was a good passer of the ball so I'd suspect midfield although agree it would harsh on Campbell but he's still young and being part of the first team squad being used as a backup is probably best for his development.

I'm sure at most home games the youth team have buckets so wouldn't like to deprive them of income.

Regarding Caddens, we could sell him to Oxford now for say £700,000 and a 25% sell on clause or wait a year and sell him to another club for £1M+ and a 10% sell on clause. Long term I'd say the first option would possibly get a better total return. Edit: looks like Fizoxy and I are thinking along the same lines.

Not sure what is outstanding but was the transfer split not 40% Les, 20% John and 40% the club? Also, the way Les is trying to increase the society membership/funds with his double your money deal, I feel that he doesn't really want his money back but is not just going to hand it over without us putting more into the society to make it more viable. We really need to capitalise on this offer as much as possible.

If what we hear is correct and we are due either 10% or 25% of fee minus the £400000 we received, then we are due between £210,000 and £525,000

FYI - Leeds fan has just asked me if Moult could do a turn for them as he had heard they were interested in him to replace Chris Woods. Haven't been able to find anything new about it so probably nonsense but thought I'd let folks know.
