Wasn't at the game yesterday - was at Murryfield - but I'm assuming that Pearson was left midfield and if so should have been helping protect the left back, which in turn would mean that he was partly responsible for leaving Chalmers (yes a poor player) exposed. This is not something I'd be expecting of a senior player. So in short why play someone at LB who can't be arsed helping to cover LB? If he wasn't left midfield then that's different - not a lot though.

For an "obvious refereeing error" I'd say that Dallas's booking of Keirnan and sending off McDonald is an obvious error or he bottled it at Keirnans challenge - either or he should be disciplined for the inaccuracies.

From memory about 20 years ago, I can recall seeing a plan for a new road running from the roundabout at the top of Arbles road right through Ravenscraig past Diezel park and Glen Nobel in Cleland linking onto the duel carriage way at Newmains. At the time I'm sure it was mentioned that ground next to the road and the new Motherwell college was earmarked for a new stadium.
