Not sure to be honest. Irrespective of the rights and wrongs, and indeed advisability, of this particular case and post, if the player himself had posted that he'd be in deep trouble.

We got off to a slow low key start but after 30 minutes or so we began to come good. Overall, a professional performance and thats all we can ask at this stage. No failures in what was a decent all round performance. In truth it could have been 8 or 9. Credit to Formartine United for plugging away and keeping it clean. The bottom line is that we progress, and hopefully our confidence has been boosted going into post split games.

Formartine playing pretty much how we should have expected - 11 men behind the ball on a tight pitch. We're playing well below our best but Lawless is showing up well.

Agree 100%. Both Mugabi and Crawford are ok as squad back ups but not as first picks. We do need to bring in some new blood of a slightly higher calibre. I also have concerns over the goalkeeper position. I like Trevor Carson a lot as he's a top goalie at our level. But, is he now too injury prone?

Any views on the possible line up for tomorrow? Should Gallagher (lack of game time?) or Mugabi come back. Any possibility of some long term injured players, like Donnelly, making an appearance from the bench? A chance for players like Lawless to start? Maybe time to give a youngster a chance? Formartine United have hardly played in the last year so you'd imagine they'll be fired up but a bit ring rusty. We should probably keep the core of the team from recent games, but make one or two changes as the scoerline allows. Get ahead comfortably first then change things.

No. No details or specific contract wording required. A simple "Not true" would have sufficed. That would have killed the story stone dead.
