Not only did he have hair in that picture, but also, just out of shot at the bottom of the picture you would have seen a large chunk of Said Chiba's head still attached to his boot from a previous meeting at Fir Park. If I recall correctly he scored the winner in injury time that day as well.

The big fella had a running battle with Levein and MacPherson when he played up here, it all started when he broke MacPhersons nose and carried on for the duration of his stay up here. It came to a head when Cusack got sent off at Fir Park and Levein applauded him off, that is how I remember it, if Im forgetting something then someone will put me right.

The ills of the game are not all down to money. Scottish football went for the best part of a century without a TV deal and folk actually came out in droves to watch it. Since the big TV money came in we have not produced one world class player, ask most 'experts' and they will tell you that Souness was the last one in a long line. We have to get back to the grass roots in all aspects of the game, the quicker the people running our game get their collective heads out of the sand and actually do something about it the better.
