Graig Brown keeps playing him though Neil and I think he has about two and a half years to go on his contact so someone likes him ,he does very little during most games in my opinion though to justify his place in the team.

Jordan Halsman on the score sheet for Annan athletic again today ,might be time to get him back .

Yet another poor home performance ,and its not difficult to see where one of the problems lie ,that's three home games in a row that we haven't scored a goal from outfield play .Couldn't make the game today but I see Flows final remark on twitter is that it was a truly awful game.

Right guys calm down , if ever there was a time to not let a thread deteriorate into a slagging match this is it . Joe Wark as a man and player -RESPECT a true Motherwell legend.

Well I am glad we got Rangers ,the last time we beat them in a one off cup game was back in the early 60,s at Ibrox 5-2 I think .I was only a nipper back then and never saw the game but I think Ive been at almost every cup game against them since, from the 2-2 game at firpark and the 4-2 defeat in the replay at Ibrox in the early 70,s up to the present day. I long for the day when I finally see us knock them out a cup .

Almost a complete set of new players from last season Ricky ,truth be told they got of to a better start than was probably expected .Would imagine it could be an up and down season for a YOUNG under 19 side although two 5-0 defeats will be hard to take.

Word is Nick wasn't all that sure about a move up to Scotland but I'm sure that's the same with a lot of English based players when you consider how footie north of the border is viewed and covered by the English media. Most players who do venture north seem to enjoy the experience .Lucas Jutkiewicz would loved to have stayed at Motherwell but we just couldn't afford him ,and I fancy it will be much the same with Nick Blackman, but you never know .

Alright yesterdays match is now history so looking at the fixture list we have five games coming up that are going to set us up nicely if we do well in them .Three of our next four league games are at home Dundee Unt and Hamilton at home then were away to Inverness then home again [midweek fixture] to St Johnstone ,we also have our cup game against Dundee United again at firpark to look forward to. They are all win-able I suppose, but can we do it .

Young Jordan Halsman scored another 2 goals yesterday for Annan athletic in there 4-1 defeat of Albion Rovers ,Steven Lawless played from the start for Rovers and Steven Meechan came on in the second half as a sub.

Great post mate ,I remember speaking to an old Dundee United player a few years back and he admitted that some players have lost the game before they even get on the park.
