My take on this is that although individuals might be ruling themselves out of the job it doesn't necessarily mean they have been offered it. We want and need someone who is prepared to step up to the plate anyway not some shite bag who's no up for the challenge.

Well that was a dire dire performance today in every way ,I cant take one positive from that display ,we didn't have one player today that would get pass marks. I'm not going to mention any individuals but some players just ain't good enough to play for Motherwell f.c. I can understand anyone looking at our squad at present then being told by J.B that no money is available for players and having second thoughts about being our gaffer.

To be honest I cant see what this guy has that makes him a stand out choice ,54 years old and apart from a brief stint as caretaker manager at Sunderland has no managerial experience at all. I'm not saying I dont want him as our manager but hes not the be all and end all of the search.
