  1. This is one of those ideas that seems good in theory, but I can't see many folk being interested as it seems to entail a lot for a volunteer. Fair play to anyone who takes up one of the posts. Just going with what we all gripe about on here I'd imagine they will have to have the patience of a saint.
  2. I'm sure we will have at least one loan signing, but it will most likely be someone we haven't heard of (which has worked before).
  3. I could see us tracking him, but doubt we'll bring in another striker unless Blyth or bowman are shifted, or we sell moult.
  4. He's a qualified coach who worked with our u20s the last couple of years, and knows the club inside out. I don't think this fits the "jobs for the boys" criteria.

    Mascots

Seems like a harmless initiative to get kids more interested, so not as much pointless as just not relevant to posters on here. I'd rather we avoided a Partick style joke because we're shite at banter, but outside of that I have no cares.
  6. I'll pay money for that away strip, been a while since I bought one. I'd throw money at that jacket too if it came into existence. Now I just need money.
  7. I could see a few of them going on loan. Was that not one of the requirements for project brave?
  8. Maybe it's Jules, but they want to wait until everyone has bought their season ticket first.
  9. we'll know who it is before the day is out, we're getting good at this.
  10. The guy is a hack, he got the willo flood idea from a couple of utd fans tweeting each other, and it looks like the moult chat is the same.
  11. One of the fake agent accounts has us in for miles Hippolyte of falkirk. I don't know what he's like but I don't like his name, so I'm out.

    New Pitch

Project is part funded by the Scottish football partnership, for those wondering where the money is coming from.
  13. Manager said that getting signings in is more important, so could be another week before we hear anything. Most of us are going on the assumption that it's lasley, but that would largely depend on whether he continues to play.
  14. I saw that he made 33 appearances so assumed that was the whole season. I don't really care about Ross county, so I just based my post on what I saw online.
  15. Well, we could do with being more "streetwise"
  16. Still only 31, played the whole season last year for a county team that was marginally less shite than us. Could do worse.
  17. If signings are gazumped because of posts on here, then someone's agent is doing a really bad job.
  18. Sounds like our kind of signing, in that he can cover a few positions. May also be insurance in the event we lose cadden.
  19. I'll get the guys at the lab to cross reference motherwell's twitter followers with England c internationals who are Australian and have played for both reading and Plymouth. Be right back.
  20. Contend for top 6, and no relegation drama. The cups are completely dependent on the draw, so I'd go with winning all our non old firm cup games, and the finals (if we get there)
  21. From robbos interview, lasley did trigger another year on his playing contract, but it sounded very much like Robinson wants to switch him to a coaching role. He was also very clear that he's trying to move people out who "are on good money", but it's difficult. A pretty honest interview all told.
  22. Cue the papers mining the clubs twitter followers for the next scoop
  23. There are a couple in the u20s who will fill some of those gaps (McMillan, Mclean, hastie, Gordon) but I wouldn't be surprised if we see at least 7 more come in based on who has gone. Flow did mention that some incomings will depend on outgoings, which could mean selling a moult or Ben, or moving on the likes of Blyth and clay, and maybe Thomas.
  24. I'm amazed that for once a rumour has turned out to be true! By comparison, least year we signed Tait, Ben, and Blyth in the last week of June. So we really are getting our work done early.
  25. There's some impressive stuff in that Carson video, Though there's also some shades of Sampson with his "slap the ball into the middle of the box" tendencies. Add this to his diminutive stature, and he could be one that sparks discussion through the season
