I was stewarding at that game in amongst the sheep. This was before we realised it is criminally dangerous to allow a person to stand up during a game so I didn't even have the consolation of manhandling children who celebrated too much.

What's particularly enjoyable about that is we haven't even bought any centre backs.

I agree with well said. Didn't think he was aw that on Saturday: made some excellent tackles going back, but all too often took it inside, tried to beat a man for the second time, failed to pass when he should have, and I can only think of once where he got past his man and crossed in from deep. Thought he looked good against der h*n though, and feel he has a lot to offer the team. Just don't think he deserves many plaudits for his performance on Saturday.

No it means he should have been booked which could then have had an effect on the game. He certainly wouldn't have stood in front of any more of our freekicks for a start. I agree it's good to see someone ripping the pish out of fans, and wish we had someone in our team who could rile the opposition. Doesn't mean he shouldn't have been booked though.
