  1. Brighton and Smith concede 4 at Norwich. Every time I see their results he's in goal and they're getting horsed. Does the guy from Brighton still post here?
  2. Dundee Utd. haven't been relevant (anymore than ourselves) since the passback rule was altered.
  3. He'll probably be away in January and in 5 years time he'll be remembered as a vaguely comically figure. I quite like him in any case but yeah, he's not very good.
  4. Yes,there is a nagging sense of an opportunity missed, especially when taking into account the opposition to come in our next 4 matches and the failure to beat 10 man opposition in our last two outings. I've enjoyed it so far. I reckon a nice jaunt towards mid-table security would still consitute an excellent season.

I'll go for a narrow 1-0 win. Are Hammell and Yassin likely to be fit? I wouldn't mind if Murphy got a start upfront.
  6. It's not just that folk don't rate him though. They fail to give any reasons. It's baffling. I'm still convinced Ruddy is better.
  7. Indeed. Having watched said interview it's hard not to leap to conclusions(not that you have been doing that MB). Lots of praise for Mark, not so much for Jim Gannon. And a wee smile for the cameras when saying as long as results are good then the manager can't be criticised. I'm more of a mind to play this type of speculation down though. As others have said,it's only really McGarry who has been frozen out. Even guys like Coke, who's seen as a Gannon favourite, have been subbed early. I'm more inclined to think that he didn't speak to the "media" as he feared a fine/ban after making negative comments about the officials display. From the BBC Alba pictures he looked seriously pissed off with a few decisions, not to mention the timewasting from our neighbours.
  8. Having watcthed the game on BBC Alba I'm at at loss to see what Fraser did wrong. Can the folk who think he's pish expand? I'd be interested to hear their views. Still don't feel comfortable voting for a MotM when I wasn't actually at the game.
  9. Yep, a point away from home when it all looked so bleak at one stage. It's worth remembering that we had some important players absent today as well. Two tough-ish home games before a fiendish 3 game run in the run up to Christmas. 18 points from the first 11 games. Much better than I'd expected. Credit to all.
  10. 2-2. Get out of jail card. Juceffcizztash or s/th according to Pa Broon.
  11. Aye,folk invest their hopes and dreams in this stuff. Or something like that.
  12. No comercial service would ever cover this game. The Beeb's coverage is pretty good, certainly on radio. Every game is live, waht more do you want?
  13. Every other game is working. I'm blaming Billy Dodds.
  14. Really? His pens have been excellent from what I can remember. We'll win this no problems. Hammering them by the sounds of it.
  15. The worry is that the ref tries to even things up. O'Brien sounds on top form. Get the ball wide and we'll win I reckon. Stretch the oppsoition and all that.
  16. Steve Cowan. He's fat,he's round,he's worth a million pounds.
  17. Cheers. The live text on BBC suggests the "goal" should have stood: "That goal should have been allowed. Sutton put in a fair challenge. It's a man's game." Penalty!! Hahahaha. The Accies fans are raging!
  18. Just tuned in. Any idea of the formation? Is Hump at right back being my main question. Boozy is off!
  19. Good on them. Remember when Celtic were at home a few years ago around this time of year? The minutes silence was replaced with applause. The PR guys at Parkhead then rebranded the said applause as the "Celtic Way".
  20. I think it's now down to the individual clubs to decide what they feel is appropriate. I beleive a minute silence is the most suitable. Preferable to applause in this case.
