  1. Shambles of a second half. No changes until 80 odd minutes tells you all you need to know about this current squad. Hamell needs to learn and learn quick, should have rung the changes at the hour when Killie were creeping into the game. He clearly has no confidence in his bench.
  2. He's hardly brian mcclair or there i say it mccormack. Still got plenty to offer though admittedly far from match fit.
  3. Yes. They can pass the bag of air to one another and look like a team with a plan. We play a game of chance week in, week out hoping the other team will f up at some point. We're far too reactive.
  4. The one positive is Penney. Always looking to get forward and create and all the rest do is pass backwards or to the other team. Career suicide if he decides to stay with us beyond Christmas.
  5. I fear for us now. Men against boys and we can't do the basics like pass 5 yards. I can't wait for the WC break. Sick and tired of this pish.

  7. Lamie is a good centre half but sadly the only one we have. Mugabi out of favour and I'm sorry but Sol is what my late father would label a carthorse. What he's doing with his arms when he conceded the pen is beyond me. If we can get Moult match sharp and keep him fit then he has to start alongside van veen. VV is a man down up top on his own and the least said about Shields the better.
  8. Anyone know when the ticket office is open for collecting over the weekend?
  9. That was dismal but not entirely unexpected. I thought we weathered the storm pretty well first half but realistically it was only a matter of time before the usual scudding took place. I left after the 3rd went in and as usual I'm left wondering why I went at all. I won't judge too harshly off the back of this game but I really hope hammy has identified targets that can improve us in January as that squad is clearly threadbare of quality and options.
  10. Really disappointed by the manner we lost the goals today. As has been said previous, we really need to start defending better. I had the fear when Lamie went off and that was proven justified once again. Hamell also needs to get the players training on that pitch (not dalziel park) practicing set pieces and crosses into the box. The amount of times we found ourselves with good opportunity to put the ball into a dangerous area only to over shoot it out the park was criminal. 5 players around Tillman and not one tackle from anyone - sickening.
  11. Had to make subs after the red. KVV out on a limb and Tierney's done nothing since he came on.
  12. Went for super Joe tonight, thought his running and trickery had them backpedaling all night. He's been guilty of trying too hard at times and I was screaming at him to square it instead of shooting a couple of times and when he did the team got it's reward.
  13. Aye we need to get in and reorganise. Half time will hopefully break Killies momentum.
  14. Sol this week for me. The big handsome bastard bossed Nouble all afternoon. Particularly enjoyed the moment in the first half when he bounced off him and left him on the floor in a heap.
  15. Ojalla is the only one in that list I think is likely to move on to be honest.
  16. Mugabi sh*thousing the dons fans after the 3rd went in. Amazing!!
  17. Excellent from the boys. They played with freedom today and like a weight had been lifted. Cornelius was outstanding as was Goss who looked like he was given licence to roam and dictate the play going forward. Enjoy your Saturday night folks indeed.
  18. Wish he'd just take it into the corner instead of trying to impress the new gaffer
  19. I wouldn't have taken Cornelius off he's been outstanding but in Hammy we trust
  20. Playing well so far. Big Sol needs to keep an eye on that wee forward though, he's getting in behind far too often.
  21. Between Goss and Mcginn for me but went for Mcginn in the end. One of the few try to drive us forward.
  22. Bit left field and possibly uninspiring to some fans but Brian Rice was mentioned to me earlier. Knows the league and his team's were always a hard nut to crack. Worth a punt?
  23. It certainly should be, even HAS to be. The problem is that no-one in the top division has the patience or the balls to make it a priority. I think clubs see it as too much of a risk in the short term with the threat of relegation.
