  1. Wonder if Craig Levein would be interested?
  2. We've been crying out for a reset for a year and it still hasn't happened. People complain about VVs workrate and attitude but I'd be scunnered with that thankless task week after week. The manager has no clue.
  3. Watching Aberdeen in this semi final and they now have in Shinnie exactly what we're missing. He's been everywhere in front of the back 4. An experienced calm head who can organise the midfield. Just as I say that Rangers score but the point still stands.
  4. That was our biggest opportunity for 3 points yet and we failed again. Agree that Crankshaw looks tidy and even the big forward had some good linkup play when he came on. We just can't continue with the 2 CBs. How many times do they need to fuck up before one or both are dropped/replaced??
  5. Difficult to play football in those conditions and overall a point a piece is probably fair in the end. That said we don't need to hand them a point. We just cannot keep a clean sheet. As others have said Blaney must be really garbage in training to not get in this team reeks of Darragh O'Connor all over again. What's the point?
  6. Watching wee Al ripping it up for Luton against QPR. Not having the best of games by his standards but how lucky were we to have him for as long as we did? Feel like a proud da watching him 😂
  7. Looks like Spittal picked up an injury so every chance. Here's hoping.
  8. Thinking that myself he seemed to give up when he was favourite
  9. Lamie again - god awful. We were playing ok but he's getting torn a new arsehole. And Spittal shouldn't reappear in the second half he's had little to no involvement at all.
  10. Lamies having a mare and he's our best defender
  11. Which is precisely why the manager should have brought on fresh legs and energy to try and nullify the changing tide. It's clear Hamell doesn't feel he has the strength from the bench. Burrows and the board need to seriously invest in the playing squad otherwise we'll find ourselves fighting for our lives in the summer. We're always hearing about the fantastic work the club does in the community. The best thing the club can do for my mental health is get a winning team on the park.
  12. He can take the ineffective shields off or/and the exhausted Spittal and replace with Cornelius or even Maguire to give us fresh energy in the middle in order to see the game out. By the hour anyone could see that Killie were in the ascendency and the manager did nothing.
  13. Shambles of a second half. No changes until 80 odd minutes tells you all you need to know about this current squad. Hamell needs to learn and learn quick, should have rung the changes at the hour when Killie were creeping into the game. He clearly has no confidence in his bench.
  14. He's hardly brian mcclair or there i say it mccormack. Still got plenty to offer though admittedly far from match fit.
  15. Yes. They can pass the bag of air to one another and look like a team with a plan. We play a game of chance week in, week out hoping the other team will f up at some point. We're far too reactive.
  16. The one positive is Penney. Always looking to get forward and create and all the rest do is pass backwards or to the other team. Career suicide if he decides to stay with us beyond Christmas.
  17. I fear for us now. Men against boys and we can't do the basics like pass 5 yards. I can't wait for the WC break. Sick and tired of this pish.

  19. Lamie is a good centre half but sadly the only one we have. Mugabi out of favour and I'm sorry but Sol is what my late father would label a carthorse. What he's doing with his arms when he conceded the pen is beyond me. If we can get Moult match sharp and keep him fit then he has to start alongside van veen. VV is a man down up top on his own and the least said about Shields the better.
  20. Anyone know when the ticket office is open for collecting over the weekend?
  21. That was dismal but not entirely unexpected. I thought we weathered the storm pretty well first half but realistically it was only a matter of time before the usual scudding took place. I left after the 3rd went in and as usual I'm left wondering why I went at all. I won't judge too harshly off the back of this game but I really hope hammy has identified targets that can improve us in January as that squad is clearly threadbare of quality and options.
  22. Really disappointed by the manner we lost the goals today. As has been said previous, we really need to start defending better. I had the fear when Lamie went off and that was proven justified once again. Hamell also needs to get the players training on that pitch (not dalziel park) practicing set pieces and crosses into the box. The amount of times we found ourselves with good opportunity to put the ball into a dangerous area only to over shoot it out the park was criminal. 5 players around Tillman and not one tackle from anyone - sickening.
