  1. 810 minutes for FC Hartburg who finished second bottom of the Austrian top flight last season. According to Transfermrkt he started games at LB, LM and RAM last season. I doubt Robinson is signing him to play full back. I've yet to see a Croatian with poor technique so hopefully he can add something.
  2. I'm fairly certain that night most of them were just having a few bottles of beer. They shouldn't be getting rat arsed during the season but a bit of beer or wine in moderation won't hurt. I don't think players in Spain, Italy, Germany or France go teetotal during the season. Rugby players train like maniacs now but still have a beer after the game. That race night was a cracking night.
  3. That was my first thought then I remembered that Blyth got a two year deal.
  4. Let's hope this works out better than Matthias Pogba and Rodney Sneidjer. He's only 21 so he's at least got potential to develop.
  5. QOTS are getting Robbie McCrorie on loan from Rangers. He had a brilliant game when he played for Berwick at Fir Park a couple of years ago and he looks like he could get to the level of Gordon and McGregor.
  6. We've definitely given out multiple contracts to absolute dross in the past! Shaun Fagan, Marc Fitzpatrick, Fraser Kerr and Wee Dan Twardzik spring to mind.
  7. There was a game against Celtic at home where he dropped Sutton and Lasley and played Bob McHugh and Steven Meechan. Before the game he was on the radio saying he wasn't bothered about the result. Trying to turn Mark Reynolds into a centre midfielder was another good one.
  8. It's mental that there has been no investigation about what Romanov was actually up to at Hearts given that he stole 300 million Euros from his own dodgy bank.
  9. Given that he smoked 100 fags a day and his main source of nutrition was Lucozade I doubt he had much of a long term outlook on anything.
  10. Including being the right man to land us in the playoff.
  11. O'Brien missing the pen was the worst. I doubt one of our fans thought he would score. The Juke should have taken it.
  12. Aye Braintree bumped that boy down to Carshalton FC. The photo from outside Raydale doesn't look like him though.
  13. If it is Pattisson he was playing in the 7th level of the English pyramid last season. 2 levels below Frear, Bowman, Johnson etc when we signed them. Edit - I don't think it is looking at various photos floating about.
  14. He only really brought in three players that made a long term impact. Hateley, Jennings and Humphrey. If you look at the seven players I named he clearly had more to work with outfield than Robinson had at the start of this summer.
  15. I think any manager who got the backing in the transfer market that Gannon had would have kept us up no problem. Three Premiership loans, another four signings, a core of Craigan, Hammell, Lasley and Sutton plus Murphy, Reynolds, O'Brien and more young players below them. Brown and Knox got a lot more out the squad when they took over.
  16. No because if they had listened at the start they would have heard Dempster explain that it's illegal for the society to pay money to the members and that the Community Trust would be the beneficiary of any sale. That doesn't change that the society and club need be more transparent and improve on genuine two way communication with the whole support.
  17. Given that our first millionaire drove us into administration and the second one saddled us with debt for no return i will say no.
  18. If he does well enough for anyone else to want him we will probably be safe from relegation.
  19. He also had Allan Campbell doing the same at the start of last season.
  20. He played Turnbull's position against Crusaders. I didn't see the first half against Linfield. If the midfield three is Donnelly, Campbell and Sloth then Sloth will be the furthest forward.
  21. He looked decent when I've seen him on TV for Fleetwood. Good signing.
  22. With Long being promoted to the number 9 shirt, Liam Donnelly ear marked for the holding role and talk of Frear coming back it's not the most inspiring summer. Add in Hylton looking a long way from fitness and Sloth being shoe horned into Turnbull's role and it could be a tough start.
