I think Burrows struggles with confrontation. McGhee walked all over him barely turning up for work and when the fans protest after the Dundee game happened he handed his own notice in rather than try to get McGhee removed. I don't think he has the stomach to make the required statement. Robinson is just another professional in the game who wants to go as far as he can in the game - quite rightly out for himself. And like everyone in else in Scottish football he has realised the way to go about it is appease Celtic at every opportunity.

That's corruption. They know if they give Celtic every decision there is no chance of them losing their pay day in Scotland or Europe. When the SFA choose not to punish Sinclair for diving to get an opponent sent off in a national final or they rescind Brown's red at Dingwall they send a message to the refs that they want preferential treatment for one team. The refs clearly get the message that helping Celtic helps their bank account.

We now need a strong statement and I'd like to see us say we are considering sending the U20s on Saturday (but not actually do it). We are getting to the point where people are going to ask why spend money on a fixed competition. The club need to do something.

The club's position is a joke. The SFA were in a tricky position where they either had to make a fair decision or lose all credibility and we have decided to let them off the hook. If the SFA are trying anything like that it proves the compliance system is corrupt. The tackle and the red card are totally separate. A fan owned club should be refusing anything to do with pish like that and should be putting pressure on the SFA over objects thrown from the South upper.

To say we chased the game is stupid. First half we were excellent, back four was superb, kept our shape and limited them to one soft shot on target. We went out to play a 90 or 120 minute game and only got 55. I can't even be angry though as we've handed Scottish football to Lawell without a peep. The ref strike was the end of real competition in this country.
