First half completely froze and chucked me out. I emailed the help and they said to clear the cache and cookies?? Once that was done, restarted it and second half was good.

You’re asking the wrong guy mate sorry. I had a code on my season ticket I used and I set it up from instructions from the motherwell webpage a couple of weeks back.
