I saw Slattery in the gym on Saturday which suggests he's still a long way off a comeback or he would be in Holland. Callaghan is a crock and Halliday is finished. And I’ve absolutely nothing against Andy Halliday, he seems a good guy and certainly had plenty of ability but he’s almost 33 and can’t stay fit. Dont think we have too many pieces to fit into the puzzle. I think even if Theo is sold on his return we are pretty much where we need to be with Robinson and Stuparevic already in and Moses showing up pretty well in the warm ups. Aye, I think the midfield essentially have the League Cup groups to demonstrate that they're able to contribute effectively (albeit against somewhat lower quality opposition); otherwise I think we'll be dipping into the loan market, or even looking to spend some Bair money on a more dynamic presence in there. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

WTF is going on?! Rhetorical question. The transfer window is open for another 2 months, so, as others note, there will likely be some more movements in and out, particularly once we see how the current crop performs during the cup games.
