Benson
Another boring uninspiring game from a leaderless team with no identity, tacticly defensive, lacking in creativity and confidence,a mish mash of subs.20% possession, 1 shot on and off target, yes it was celtic, but as we are at present I struggle to see where the next win will come from, next manager has a huge challenge in front of him,a complete clear out is needed. Richie
Yeah, Armstrong did well. Largely chasing shadows, but put himself about, won a few balls in the air and his general hold up play seemed OK. Hard to assess Plange as I don't think he touched the ball. Dickson seemed to have a bit of composure and kept the ball fairly well for the few touches he had. Spit_It_Out
I would terminate Keleta's loan aswell send him back to Wolves I have seen enough from him to tell me his heart isn't really in it.

johnny71
Armstrong looked decent, hope Dom isn't injured too badly, overall a training exercise for Celtic could have been far much worse I actually thought Balcombe did ok.

Need to use our forward signings and play some attacking football our next 3 games. Based on what we are seeing we have to think we are going to give up goals so we have to bite the bullet and attack and score more than we give up. 8 games to the split so the next 3 will have a big influence on what half we end up in. Throughthelaces
Really what we seeing. Today doesn't mean much In the grand scheme of things. We will have a new manager next time we line up who's gonna have his way of playing and his system. Thought we were minimally better than we have been in recent weeks(not a high bar granted) it's just are we gonna carry it forward to play a bit better against likes of County and Dundee clubs. Time will tell. I think after week the club has had bridges need built between club, players and fans
Big Stall
Sadly we barely laid a glove on celtic but the effort & determination was there & celtic were made to work for it. Far more positive than its been. The left back looks good. Fast, not scared to burst forward & put on the cross for that goal. Sadly didnt look to exploit the side much after that. Armstrong rolled his sleeves up & got stuck right in. Did well & annoyed the life out of celtic rather than letting their defenders do what they wanted. Impressed by him. Cant write the Palace boy off after half an hour but he was certainly the opposite of armstrong. Looked a bit shaken by the no nonsense elements of scottish football. Didnt notice enough of the man city boy but he was played in midfield. To be honest, a game v celtic isnt the one to be makimg judgements on players. Benson
Quite concerning that we don't have any young homegrown talent that's ready to step up.
Chanzeypopz
Would have been really happy with a 2-1 loss as strange as that sounds, But Mr 20 million pounds had to score in the last minute and then cry about it lol. Wild to think we dont have a single player worth more than 500k besides miller and play in the same league as teams like Celtic, It does make Brenda's whining about player value in europe however all the more hilarious. Today went alot better than i thought it would, With a decent manager i feel we could still finish in the top half.

At least his pal who I gave my season ticket to didn't need to pay to watch us get beat He’s right , played very very well and kept us up the park . Harrasing them til he got tired. Hopefully will be even better against lower opposition.

Erskine Alpha
Expected a defeat but I thought there was some dig from us and if we can harness that attitude then a top six finish is still on. We are still lacking a bit in the middle but they done okay
Welly Machine
Put this one in the could have been worse category. Recovered well after giving them a goal of a start and there was plenty of effort but without much quality. Was hoping we would have caused them more problems in the second half but hardly troubled them.

Motherwell are no different to any other club, if you get 1 or two players making the step up from. Academy to the 1st team thats a great return. We've had Miller and Wilson so far this season that have the ability and have taken their chance. As for the others they are probably not ready and / or good enough to step up and may never be ready. Kaletta is fuckin awful, slower than a week in jail and piss poor in the tackle. We need 6 points from our next 9 or we are in a serios dogfight for the bottom two places. Ya Bezzer!
I expected to get a drubbing today so considering the start we made we did reasonably well to stay in the match. I mean Celtic were in 2nd gear, had 2 goals disallowed and hit the post, so on another day it could have been a drubbing but we hung in there. New players looked decent and I thought we looked threatening in the first half with Maswanhise and Armstrong up front but second half we've not really created anything at all. It's a game we just needed to get out the way and now it is. Hopefully have a new manager in place by the time the Ross County match comes round and we start again.
