mcguru
Saw guy in front of me Phil O'Donnell stand with the seat in his hands, it had literally come off.

Same story with my sons seat in pod last night, the row in front of me not actually off yet but hanging by a thread. The seats are a sub standard product, badly fitted by the looks of it and not fit for their intended purpose.
robsterwood
I'm 5ft 11 and for me there's zero leg room and I had difficulty getting to seat in middle row as seats won't fold back. So uncomfortable and feels like your squashed in. Really uncomfortable. Didn't go for half time drink as so difficult to get out.

Guy in front of me raised the Health and Safety aspect with them. No response. Hell mend them if someone who gets injured sues the arse off them. Plenty of evidence to prove they were made aware of the dangers.
robsterwood
It is a health and safety hazard at times lucky to avoid fracture moving into middle row as so little room. Nearly broke ankle as got stuck at one point.

Something does need to be done, but as Denny says, the first step would be an acknowledgement that this has gone badly wrong. Have you had any reply from either? Suprawell
This is looking very bad for Kyrk and the board. It's one easy piece of comms, we hear you, time/money, sorry, discuss some type of discounted season ticket as recompence and remeidal work TBC. Unless there is a big reveal coming this season...🤔

Unless there is a big reveal coming this season...🤔 Im sure the vast majority of the people who sit in the " new seats" in the pod are not looking for any form of compensation as they would still have to sit in the seats. Personally as an ST holder in the pod all i want is the club to acknowledge that they fecked up big time on this issue and get it sorted ASAP then we can all sit comfortably again.
1991Motherwell
"Well will also need to stump up another €4000 penalty for blocking passageways at Fir Park in the second qualifying round win over HB Torshavn." Daily record How much will we get fined if there are any issues with the substandard seating in the POD stand??

I Know for a fact that that you are not the only one that has contacted the WS. All very 'Pass the buck', sadly. Gives the impression they don't want to rock the boat by themselves raising the issue on behalf of Members.
mcguru
2 further points: For our goal the other night, the last i saw was Longelo firing the ball across then people in front of me stood up and it literally takes me 3 secs to get upright in these seats so I just joined in the celebration even though I had no idea what just happened. Secondly, have the actual seat numbers been deliberately covered? Every seat had a small white sticker on it. Cannot recall from 2 other European games that was an issue, in those games I was in POD South, last Thursday POD north area.

Mines died from embarrasment then fell off, with being associated with such a cheap and nasty seat.

I'm expecting Les Dawson to walk in wae yon long microphone as someone said blankety blank. Then again he'd be struggling to get in & out of it anaw. mio
It would be 100 times better if they just removed the seats altogether and for us to sit on the wooden bench the seats are bolted on to. Refund us £3 and we can buy a cushion from Amazon
