Oli Shaw re-joining after his Accies contract us annulled. You read this totally made up story here first (but good enough to start a rumour).
-
I think its another predictive text mistake, should have said Marcass π€ͺ
-
Yeah I agree we need another striker espcially with Maswanhise being unable shortly for the African Cup of Nations. Be keen to see what movement happens in January now that now that JBA has had nearly 6 months with the squad.
-
Our inability to consistently put the ball in the back of the net ?? We are fourth highest scorers in the league and have only failed to score in 3 of our 15 games and indeed up to Saturday it was 1 failure to score in 13.
-
I dont believe anything I read or hear from the BBC, a scumbag organisation.
-
Surely we're looking to bring in another striker next month along with a relief left back. Probably a few departures on the cards too maybe on loan, eg Stuparevic et al, to clear the decks a little.
-
I think Marcus's surname might be Kettlewell

My predictive text wasn't working, I meant to say Howler! ( lol..Just kidding Calum)

Hardly a clanger, he was under pressure with a Celtic player closing him down, didnβt have time to control the ball and tried the short pass rather that a punt. As has been said before itβs the type of pass that is made and messed up by other players throughout a game but since it seldom leads to a goal is forgotten about and if it had came off would have taken five Celtic players out of the game - risk and reward. Trying to punt it could have led to it being charged down by the Celtic player rushing in on him leading to a goal anyway as is seen sometimes in games. So in short, yes it was a poor and unfortunate pass and percentage wise probably the wrong choice but in my view not a clanger.

We have the leading goal scorer and the 4th highest scorer on our team. Hibs and Celtic have scored 2 more goals than us. Those two plus Hearts are the only teams to score more than us we have just achieved 3 clean sheets in a row. We at THIRD in the league. WTF is that person talking about and WTF is he doing getting paid for spouting absolute pish!! oh and I forgot to mention we have seen a significant increase in attendance at Fir Park because people are enjoying watching us play.

Marcus Craigan?
-
Ye I read that earlier also.. so we now know what the M stands for in MJC! π€£π€£π€£ PS. Just kidding MJC
-
Marcus: Yet another two points dropped due to our inability to consistently put the ball in the back of the net. I am also not completely convinced on Jens Berthel Askou, I just do not think this preferred style is suited to scottish football and I still maintain the idea that someone like Jack Ross or Malky Mackay would have been better suited to achieve success in this league. I want to see my team try and score goals not just win the 'highest possession stats trophy'. This was a comment on the BBC - πππ Malky Mackay ππ

Cant really argue with any of that. Totally get JBA wants his keeper to be an extra outfield option. It is a very important feature. I am maybe just being harsh on him due to his blunders at Tynecastle, parkhead and home to killie which cost us key points. At same time agree we need a striker. Been huge defender of Stama but our system doesn't really suit him
-
Livingston had no midweek game so they are well rested. Thankfully after Saturdayβs back to a week between games till we play Celtic last game of the year. we should have enough players with enough energy to see us through this game. π€
-
If only we had a Danish connection at the club
-
He's too good, and the SFA asked us to stop making other midfielders look ordinary. The story I heard was minor injury, but no idea how accurate that is.
-
I noticed Mika is struggling a bit this season. Not sure if he has been injured or something, but only 2 goals in 19 games across all competitions.
-
3 consecutive clean sheets is a big stride forward. Will be interesting to see if JBA brings in a striker or two in the next window. The way we are playing will hopefully interest a few additional targets. I'm going for clean sheet number 4 for this game with a hard fought 2 - 0 win.
-
Five games in 14 days is a big ask of the teams fitness , with the type of game we play and the possession stats. Hopefully they have recharged the batteries and we keep the pace up against a stuffy Livingstone.
-
Its a big ask and while we wont win the league, if we were able to get a striker who can convert chances & if we hold onto the manager, i honestly see no reason we cant be in the fight for 2nd. Typing that out just had me thinking how good Biereth could be in this team with his pace, game intelligence & eye for goal.
-
With Hibs playing Falkirk and Celtic v Hearts, 3 points from the Livi game would be a great boost. Perhaps Killie can even take some points off Rangers at Rigny park.
-
We still had about 64% possession last night and our goalie has had 1 save in the last three games with the TEAM keeping clean sheets 3 games In a row now. So maybe shot stopping goalie not our top priority at the moment?
-
Anyone know what is actually wrong with Watt? I note he wasnt even on the bench, so suggests more than just rotation / load protection.
