Would the mass pyro displays at the start of the Freiburg away game and various other matches this season so far fall into that category? The club officials can see who is responsible and so far seem to have taken no action, the fines so far add up to a serious chunk of change, for me sterner direct action is required as nice please dont statements from the club dont seem to be cutting it.

Further to what was said above, I think some people are too quick to view "the bois" as an organised, cohesive group that is singularly responsible for all of these infractions. The truth is that it's likely more complicated than that. It's like a media report saying that "Motherwell fans" chanted X, Y, or Z during a game. Which Motherwell fans? All Motherwell fans? Some Motherwell fans? And the classic insinuation that somehow there's a way that fans should be self-policing or something. Bottom line is, if individuals break the rules, they should be dealt with. But dealt with as individuals. Unless there's a planned, coordinated incident, such as an offensive tifo that was put together by a single group or something along those lines, I wouldn't be too quick to condemn a certain group in particular.

An excellent point, but the ordinary fan seems to be the last person The Powers think about.

There's also the issue of older and younger fans who, for a variety of reasons, may not be able to or want to attend evening games. That was fine when it was the odd midweek fixture, but it's increasingly becoming the norm, with more and more games that were originally scheduled for 3pm on a Saturday being moved to Friday or Saturday evenings. These changes are largely dictated by TV companies, while the footballing authorities seem to have little or no regard for the impact on supporters. If this becomes the norm, buying a season ticket may simply no longer be worthwhile for some fans, and nobody seems willing to do anything about it.

I think most people are OK with the odd change of kick-off time. The problem is that the TV companies have pushed the boundaries to the extent that 3pm kick-offs on a Saturday feel like a rarity. Looking at our six remaining home matches in 2026, we have one in October, zero in November, and two in December. So exactly half.

We lost ten million pounds of talent in just Slattery watt Welsh etc We have spent some of that about 1 million as we needed to. We wouldn’t have had a team if we didn’t. These players are finding their feet but probably have the potential to be another 8-10 million They will take time to develop under AJ who needs time to get his ideas over. I think honestly this season is about developing these players and really they should be judged next season. don’t get too high at the wins or low at the defeats.

I watch English games on a Saturday night in the pub or if I’m at home as well as Sunday and Monday night games along with the bbc coverage of the Scottish championship on a Friday if I’m home, me complaining is a bit of a cheek so I’ll just have to accept it.

Some of the points you raise were covered last night, but I didnt want to go into too much detail for fear of misrepresentation. I think many of the points you raise are absolutely fair. Are you planning on going to the "in person event"? I think there would be value in it for the wider membership. I know that publication of an Active Investment framework in advance of any vote was discussed, and it would certainly benefit from the right people asking the right questions during the consultation process.
