  1. Past hour
  2. I see the key match incident panel have agreed the penalty was incorrect…. Great, what a difference that will make now.
  3. What did you ask - Give me one outside maybe at a push if we’re struggling and two get to fucks?
  4. This is what the SPFL and SFA want. The exact opposite is what is required. Fans, Clubs and Politicians refusing to ignore what everybody in the Country witnesses is exactly the ultimatum the Authorities need. VAR and Referee incompetence is one aspect, but the ongoing vile behaviour of those Celtic fans cannot be allowed to be swept under the carpet and lumped in with minor infractions of other Clubs' fans. Sure we will likely be held to Account for the pyro stuff. Fair enough. ...... but that is nothing compared to the Celtic fans behaviour at Celtic Park, Ibrox and Fir Park. Possibly elsewhere as well but Clubs and Media are too intimidated to speak out. Well said Hearts and McInnes for addressing the garbage that O'Neill is spouting. The narrative coming out of Celtic Park is disgusting although it does fit well with their 'Victims' approach. It's time other Clubs spoke up rather than keeping quiet in case Celtic refuse to stump up for the damage caused by their moronic fans. Motherwell included. As a minimum, the SFA should be making them play in front of some empty Stands at Celtic Park and also limiting their numbers at away grounds, with compensation being paid to those Clubs that suffer reduced away fan ticket sales. In exactly the same way we had to recompense Dundee last season. What's good for the goose etc etc etc. Strange how when UEFA threatened such action, the Green Brigade were immediately banned from European games. As soon as Celtic were pumped out the ban was lifted although in fairness Celtic did introduce another ban when Board Members and their families were threatened. That is until they needed them back to give them an edge in the biggest League Title challenge they have faced in years. Rant over. For now.
  5. Ditto.......not the post.......the height 🤣
  6. Today
  7. Some laugh when you have those individiuals running our game showing clear in your face bias towards a member club. Thats corruption! Referees are complicit in this charade that is Scottish Football and have a cheek releasing statements. There is no nuetral leadership in Scottish Football. A shambles from top to bottom.
  8. Fair point but also a surprisingly great job. Let’s hope we can repeat that. Probably starting from a better place just now even if we sell couple of players so maybe I was just being overly pessimistic
  9. I think we need to scrap this topic. Thoroughly bored of the whole subject. Nothing will ever get done, it’s as simple as that. Tin pot, spineless administrators. They are worse than the Celtic and Rangers fans. We now have referees discussing strike action….. good…. They are totally incompetent. Bring in some refs from the semi pro league in England, they can’t be any worse and they won’t have an agenda.
  10. Of course we will - can't go about blaming the Celtic fans, might upset Martin.
  11. Will we be held responsible for Celtic fans invading the pitch? No doubt the media headline will all be about us being fined for Block E's pyros.
  12. Quite. With the majority of last season's team still available, they should almost be able to go out on the park and give us a half-decent performance without any managerial input at all.
  13. Ange Postecoglu recommended that Stevie Hammell should sign Riku Danzaki for example.
  14. We didn't appoint Jens until June 12th and we had a fair few bodies to try and get in last season in order to get a workable eleven. Seven weeks later we outplayed Rangers. The framework is in place this season...
  15. There will also be those not good enough for ligue 1 that might do a job in the SPL...
  16. This is the least surprising thing I've ever read on here 😄
  17. It’s still two months away, and with the continuity of Max seemingly staying on as assistant manager, I expect we’ll be fine, even with a few ins and outs expected.
  18. It is about time something was done about the behaviour of this bunch of Celtic fans (Green Brigade) or anyone else involved. The club need to be taking more responsibility but instead of that you hear pathetic comments from the likes of Martin O'Neill more or less making out that what happens is completly acceptable. Cut their allocation next season I say I seen yesterday John Swinney was telling them to behave themselves tomorrow, again that is not going to happen
  19. The wordings of those two rules are vague enough to let Celtic off the hook. In fact, per Rule H36, we could even take the blame as the home team: "H36 The home club in any official batch must ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, H36.1 good order and security; H36.2 that policies and procedures have been adopted and are implemented to prevent incidents of unacceptable conduct; and H36.3 that any incidents of unacceptable conduct are effectively dealt with, all at its stadium on the occasion of an official match. "H37 Each Club must ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, that: H37.1 its Players, officials, supporters and any person exercising a function for or connected with the club do not engage in unacceptable conduct at a stadium on the occasion of an official match; H37.2 it identifies any of its supporters who engage in unacceptable conduct at an official match; and H37.3 it takes proportionate disciplinary measures in respect of supporters so identified in terms of Rule H37.2."
  20. He can't sign them all, and managers and coaches often recommend players to each other.
  21. A rapid 5 minute "investigation" a shift of any responsibillity onto Motherwell and Hearts, followed by a swift sweep, sweep nothing to see here statement is my guess.
  22. The fact that they’re even dragging incidents from lower league games into this speaks volumes. They just cannot be seen to be singling out Celtic, even though this is all down to them and their entitled supporters and that all goes back to the absolute chokehold that that club have on the authorities and the media in this country.
  23. Eh, if he knows any good young overseas talent he will be signing them for his new team or any team he's working for at the time.
  24. French was easier to learn than Aberdonian...
  25. I’m hoping that JBA might be a helpful resource in the future perhaps pointing us on the direction of some young overseas talent. a very good contact to have and I’m sure he’ll carry some affection for the club throughout his career.
