  1. I really like having 'Well men around. Suppose bit of an idealist but having guys like Lasley, Hammell around is right up my street. Appreciate it's a bit of job for the boys but over the years having people like Craggs, Lasley Hammell, Faddy etc who understood and gave a shit about the club is IMO a good thing. Always felt Philiben and Kirvokipic got a bit of a raw deal . Bottom line I'd be happy to keep familiar faces around .

  2. If you follow that approach you'll just end up with technically excellent, tactically astute football players. Don't want any of that nonsense near Scottish Football!

  5. I think the time is right for keith to go and explore other avenues,if true that he's heading to st mirren to be director of football, that's a cracking opportunity for him.

  6. Why not , he gave Jake Carrol an extension and he will never make a footballer if he lives to be a 100.

  8. You make a good point, the chances of alessio working out at kilmarnock were slim from the very start.the guy has worked at the highest level and will have standards to match it,there was no way guys like boyd and broadfoot would be up for changing there diet and doing extra training sessions, they two have built a career on having it easy at ibrox.mind the same happened at rangers with paul le guen and it was barry ferguson that was leading the clique against him cause he didn't want to be doing anymore than he wanted to.you would the players at kilmarnock at the time would have been desperate to learn from someone that's worked at the top but there seemed to be issues right from the off.
