Speaking of poultry, the average hen lays more eggs in less than a week than we've won games all season.2 points

If we do win tomorrow, that's all that matters. The next step would be to beat Morton. Those outcomes would shift the narrative to 4 wins & 3 draws in 7 consecutive games (including the cup) since the Rangers defeat, which would be positive. It's that simple; we need to start winning more games, and certainly more than the 2 in 20 (league and cup) we've seen on the recent run.2 points

am quite sure it will grow lush and green and be the best pitch in the league again ... especially with the manure we put out on it every second week1 point

I dunno, most of the folk on here who apparently know all those things better than him are only based at the club for 90 minutes a fortnight.1 point

Never believed that there would be any commercial benefits from it unless we were going to host concerts or Christian conventions a la St Johnstone I do believe it was the best decision to use the covid loan money to upgrade it as the annual maintenance costs will be roughly half of what it would have been had we kept the original pitch. Include the money it would have cost to fix the main drain issue which could have continued and cost even more money down the line then imo it made commercial sense. As you say, all about opinions and being able to debate and disagree.1 point

If we do win tomorrow, be interesting to see if that's described as 2 wins in 20 or 2 wins in 5. Both correct, obviously. Suppose it depends on the argument you want to make.1 point

Im not a Kettlewell apologist just because I don't agree with you. People should be able to have different views on the manager without being referred to as apologists. If there's only room for one opinion on this or any other football forum then what is the point of having a platform where people should be able to express different viewpoints?1 point

I didn't realise we had emerged from the one win in nineteen slump. The increasing level of Kettlewell apologists on this forum reminds me of a creeping and mass onset of Stockholm syndrome. Let's hope he proves me wrong come the end of the season.1 point

Hammell wasn't getting results and how does anyone know who he wanted moved on and when? He made the decision to punt half a dozen players in one day? That's the same Hammell who couldn't face the media the day of the cup defeat yeah? Couldn't even be arsed to tell the fans he was sorry about that result? When has Kettlewell ever hidden from an interview?1 point

First thing my mate noticed yesterday was that KVV looked a bit heavy . They also have plenty options up front so I am not convinced it's money well spent but they have a chairman not short of a few bob KVV was awesome last season when SK took charge. I thank him for that but he's Killie's player now . I would rather focus on The Bair who I am delighted for and if he keeps up this form then SK has really pulled a rabbit out the hat1 point

You know exactly what it means, but you chose to respond with some patronising shite, "The laziest clichés in the worst newspapers" aye OK then 🤦♂️1 point

It's a must-win home game against our relegation playoff spot rival. Nothing less than 3 points will suffice.1 point

How astute some of our fans are when describing the Board as amateurs, they are correct. They receive no pay for what they do, so, by definition, they are indeed amateurs. As to the complaint that the Directors are not experienced on the Board of a football club, I would ask how do you become experienced on the Board of a football club without being on the Board of a football club? There was a post by David recently regarding the recruitment policy process of the club. Whilst not everyone may have agreed fully with his proposal at least he took the time and effort to put forward an extremely in depth, well thought out and articulate analysis as to what he believed could be improved. Unlike the vast majority of the posts on here which are just negative criticism and could, possibly, at times be classed as bullying and/or trolling. Also for those who are no happy with the direction the Club is heading, there are a number of possible options available. Option 1 1. Join the Well Society 2. Put yourself forward to be a Director of the WS 3. Get elected 4. Be nominated to be the WS Director on the Main Board 5. Put forward your proposals for change Option 2 1. Be asked to join the Board of MFC due to your existing skills 2. Put forward your proposal for Change Option 3 1 Buy MFC 2 Do what you like as you now own it Or go with what you currently seem best at – being negative and criticising others.1 point

Cheers pal, I like a balanced viewpoint where I think P and B will suit me There are certainly things wrong with the club. No escaping that. But to deal with people who can only see black is like speaking to a Tory about the qualities of say SNP or labour or vice versa. Completely deaf. take care and all the best David1 point

The arse end(s) of Ally McLeod were a toss up with Watson but aye, pretty horrendous stuff. If forums and Steelboy existed at that time, it would have been a right laugh 🙂 On the upside, Hay coming in gave us the best section of a season ever, 7-0, 5-0, fucking over Hearts to stop them coming up.......but was it worth the crap that went before ?1 point

What does that even mean? That reads like the laziest clichés in the worst newspapers. If we get something less than 3 points is there some new rule that means we're forbidden from winning any more games this season? I suppose "good to win game, but a draw wouldn't be a disaster and even if we lost we've started to show better form that will likely pick up sufficient points to stay safe this season" match is a bit long winded.0 points

It's pretty obvious that Mika left because he was fed up playing for an idiot manager and shit team.0 points
